Talked to an eldercare attorney. Had my sister on the phone. Good call. They will help me properly transition him skilled rehab to long term care.
There is so much legalese to doing this especially if the individual has some resources. We will likely engage their services.

I had my versa grips today. So I did shrugs and dumb bell RDLs with 135s. Just keep grinding.
My dad got moved to the skilled nursing facility. So, now I need to work on getting him converted to long term care.

Last week I scaled back a bit. This week I felt good. Actually worked up to single rep 495 banded high box squat. Also got 5 plates each side on the the trap bar (2 sets of 5). I am starting to think of the cut now. So probably makes sense to get rid of these heavy singles. Happy I still have the strength. Hopefully some muscle growth underneath.
So it seems to recurring issues have suddenly resolved themselves this week. My jaw issue seems to have gone away. My sleep has gotten better.
It used to be wake up hourly. Right now it 2 or 3 times tops. I don't know what I did or whether this stress is just zapping my energy. I don't know.
I will take it.
End of March. Starting to think of the cut. I need to do some grooming and get rid of the body hair. Hoping to do towards the end of the week.
