No twisting today. Back feels great. That was most definitely the culprit. At this point, at the gym I go thru the motions. I try to get my sets, if my reps drop off I don't push it. 7 is ok if I can't do 10; Anything I do at this point is something I normally would do 10 reps. Felt good energy at the gym today.
Clen seems to cause finger/hand cramps. So they come and go. I see the detail coming in. I like how it looks. I wonder how it will look in another 4 weeks. Just keep grinding. Today was non fasting so I did have blended protein shake and dry Fiber One cereal during the day. Nice to see 175 on the scale, but re-hydrating so I'm sure I will be back to the low 180s by bed time.

Two walking sessions with 15K steps, others just in general. Both sessions in the Texas heat. I do seem to sweat it out. I'm not cramping as much.
Was surprised to see my weight get so close to 170. Makes me think, maybe I am fatter than I think Conditioning is coming in. Legs are peeled. Serratus are coming in. Lower ab is coming in, still a layer of fat. I'm holding in the glutes, lower back fat/handles/ and belly. I am thinking I just keep grinding forward and hopefully it looks very good on peak week.
Biggest thing is not trying to make a weight class. At this point, I should have no issue meeting CP requirement (under 177). MW BB under 176.
If I end up being WW BB (under 165.25) so be it. I just don't want to starve or do anything crazy on peak. That is where I am messing up.
I'll try to do some check in pictures this weekend.
