Target Weigh in : 176.25 lbs
Grinding. Weight seems to be holding steady. Should have no problem making target weight, Would love to be under 176, but my body looks like it is fighting it. Did 225 presses today. I do a similar work out on Sunday but with more volume and variety. It's likely that Sun and Monday are going to be much lighter pump work outs. @ 135. It's starting to get to the point where this is the last time I will be doing this for this prep type of situations. Kind of exciting.
Cooler day today as we only got to 96 or so. It actually does feel much cooler especially compared to Monday's 106. Still doing a lot of walking cardio. Had ground turkey for dinner today.

Fri : Grilled Chicken / 2 eggs / avocado
Sat : Ground Turkey / 2 eggs /avocado

I have been trying to tighten up the mid-section. Lot's of ab and core work. Watched a cool video on the lower abs. here is the link
I tried the hanging leg lift with the bar behind the back. Did not like the feel of the bar behind my back. I also did the flat bench with your butt hanging off the end. It is interesting getting the pelvis to tilt for the movement. I did feel it better. Almost wish I had seen this a few weeks earlier to see if it would have helped my tighten up some more.
