Workout was good today. Got everything in. Did need to do things out of sequence due to gym bros, but got it done. 3 top sets of 225 (rough 8-10 reps) front military, decline, and incline. On my last set of the military, I did use a spotter and the focus was depth and control rather than rep count. Maybe 5 or 6 reps. I will keep working this till it gets better.
I need to ask on the peptide/HGH, i know generally people get better sleep. I do feel like it is a deeper sleep. It almost feels like your brain stem is focused or inflamed. You want to stay in the slumber state. You feel groggy getting up. By the time I get to the gym and start warming up it goes away, but up to that point something is going on in the brain as if its hyperfocused. Just curious if I am describing it right, it does not hurt. It just takes a bit to get going. I'm doing 5 units ED HGH from a 100 IU Kit, so I will be done in 20 days. I'm also doing IGF-LR3 50mcg ED.
