Had my tricep bar once again. Makes my pouch heavy, but definitely much better for my elbows. Did my usual trap workout, 130 lb dumb bells. I also do RDLs. My muscles feel good. I feel strong. The weight I am doing is very manageable. Great control on the eccentric and concentric movements. I am seeing some muscle maturity or freakiness in my delts. Will be interesting to see when more conditioning comes in. I can see where vascularity line is on my arm. just above the elbow.
I am starting to add hanging core exercises, low reps at this point. Just getting used to jumping and gripping I usually try to get to 190 before I do it, but I seem to be able to do it at 200. I want to start doing more pull up type of movements.
As I mentioned above, my abdomen has become a welt pin cushion. I have hair so you can't see it, but I feel it. The older welts are getting smaller, but every new injection seems to cause welts. I opened a brand new bac water and sterile wipes and I'm still getting them. I have decided I am going to switch the subqs to the im schedule (Sat/Tue/Thu), just double the dose and see if things get better. Last dose of HGH today.
Next week, Thursday is normal, but Friday will be in Iowa for college visit. Will be back later that evening. So, apart from Friday my schedule should be normal. Will use the hotel gym or maybe a local gym. Will be doing a lot walking touring the campus.
