I have one of those auto warmers, put 6 eggs and a little water, press a button and the eggs are ready in a few minutes. Easy peasy. I actually think I am going to take some boiled eggs on my trip late this week. No issues with TSA.Nothing wrong with eggs, but instead of boiling them why don't you pan cook them?
Just something a little different than boiling them, which gets boring.
I keep forgetting to buy boiled eggs at Costco. I love those packages of two.I think protein bars can turn into a domino food, eat one want another. Also more processing. If I can manage to eat boiled eggs or meat stick would be better for me.
On her SAT she seemed to do better on English than Math. She really seems to love writing. We are thinking Creative writing/Psychology. It's hard to imagine that an 18 year old knows exactly what she wants to do in life. Only 1 of 5 actually get the intended degree, everyone else pivots. There are also many folks working with fields with degrees from other areas. I think she has some stem skills, but her preference seems to be in writing. We'll see what happens. I'm doing the dad duty...What is your daughter gonna major in?
Engineering seems to be a big one in demand. I think you said you were into that type of Industry yourself.
On Sat/Sun post work out I sit in the steam and sauna.Are you sweating out all that weight or is it something else going on where you were bloated prior?

Workouts are getting done, but diet is a little out of whack. Family visiting in town so running around for visits on Friday and Sunday. Don't have time to cook or meal prep. So relying on boiled eggs, protein drinks, greek yogurt, etc. Also doing a college visit with my daughter this Thu/Fri.
I won't go off the rails, but I may end up skipping a meal. That happened yesterday.
Did my standard leg workout, seemed to go slower due to the adjustments to my schedule. These next few weeks with the travel, I figure something is better than nothing. Basically a deload.

Sunday Chest/Shoulder workout with my 2 plate or 225 standard. Worked thru my progressions a little faster than usual due to the family visit later in the afternoon. Been told my shoulders are coming in.
Monday is back but I also do some leg work with the chest supported T-bar row. As mentioned previously this is a new machine. I like the older one better. The weight felt heavier. Also a little harder putting it back on the notch when the plates are loaded. I don't feel comfortable with the other notch.

Pre-cooked 3 portions of ground beef 98/2. Used one portion and cooked with bell peppers/onions mixed with a sweet potato.
Two more meals this week at home and then on the road.
Looking forward to this trip!

Feeling a bit tired this morning. Did not sleep as well previous evening. Still got the work out done. Weight looks like it is coming down a little.
Traveling later this week.
Dropped a new vial of test and broke it. Annoyed that it popped out of my hand as I was peeling the plastic on it. Oh well. Cheers to the lost gains. I feel pretty good on my compounds. No edema or adverse effects. Blood work set for next Friday or end of week 6. My belly is feeling better, subq injection schedule down to 3 times a week. Much better.
Eating ground beef 98/2 bell peppers/onions and sweet potato. Load the carbs back up for tomorrow. Upper body presses tomorrow.

I agree with NPC here, I think you should do fasting multiple times to lower your gut volume, it works in bodybuilding. @PrinceDaddyMay do some fast during daughter's Spring Break, will be traveling for a week in the northeast.
