I have to admit with the college visits, coordinating and planning, my workouts are not super focused. Just auto pilot. Hopeful after the last visit I can start concentrating on the show. Looks like there is a Planet Fitness nearby where I will be staying so I may get in some workouts there while visiting. I have never been, I'm sure I would set off the lunk alarm. The week should be a deload week so not planning anything heavy.

Almost complete with my dad's affairs, we sold his property back in Nov. Working with HR Block to get his final tax return. Then, I get to do the disbursement to my sisters and myself. Those funds should carry me thru this year.

Still apply to jobs almost every day. Once the kid has picked a school, I can focus some more on the job search. I seem to get a few callback from company recruiters but mostly end up getting ghosted. If need be I am ready to pivot and I'm much more open to just whatever I can get.
We will see what happens.

Good overall leg work out today. Eating same meal as yesterday. Rinse and repeat. That is the bodybuilding way...
 
Friday : Abs / Curls / Travel gym

We flew out Thursday evening. I did do some gym hunting prior to arrival. Hotel had dumb bells and some tread mills. 24/7. My window for the workout is still 4AM to 8AM. Hotel gym is 24/7. Called one of the local gyms. They have key fobs for members for 24/7 access but have hours for visitors starting at 9am-7pm or so. That was just not going to meet my window. Turns out the U of Iowa Student Rec Center is open to public for $12 daily pass. Opens at 5:30AM.

So, I woke up at 4AM, got ready headed over to hotel gym warmed up with some core and ab work. Left the gym around 5:15 or so. Dark and snowing outside, turning into slush as it hits the ground. As I got closer to the gym, it was quite a scene. All these people bundled up for the cold heading in the same direction on line. Very much like a March of the penguins. Very impressive turn out. The student body is disciplined and jacked. There were some ROTC, students, and folks like me.

3 floors, indoor walking track, pools. Several racks. I was in heaven. Did not have much time and given the new machines, I just kind of had fun doing a similar Friday workout.

I really enjoyed the visit. It's ultimately my daughter's decision. We shall see what she chooses. I was good with the diet on Thursday. However Friday, at lunch we had access to a buffet meal at the cafeteria. Decent, not great food, but I did try several things. Definitely went off the diet plan. Later that evening at the airport, there was not much food at CID. So, I did do some snacky snacks. I will have to be a little better next week as I will out all week in NJ.
@PrinceDaddy it looks like they have a heck of a facility there man. Top notch stuff.

@PrinceDaddy That Iowa gym looks awesome! Those students are lucky to have such an awesome facility!

With 600mg Test/600mg EQ and 200mg Deca I need to take advantage. Body seems to be handling it well. No inflammation or edema. Water retention feels normal. Nipples feel fine. Staying on track. My usual Thursday workout. I do wear my triceps out towards the end. Got my haircut and laundry done. Have most of the trip planned. Just need to pack tomorrow. Flight leaves around 5pm on Saturday. Thinking I will get up early and hit the gym and do as much of my normal leg workout I can squeeze in before I need to get home for the airport.

My posts will be limited going into next week as I am doing school visits with the kiddo all next week. Hoping I will get some gym time in. We shall see.

I did blood work today. I was fasted from 9pm evening before till blood draw at 2PM. So 17 hour water fast. I tested with Keto Mojo when I got home. No food yet. My fasting glucose was 102 and Ketones were 0.4. That seems high, the blood work will confirm. Reading it seems HGH and IGF-LR3 can cause low blood sugar. I guess my question is would it cause higher blood sugar. I absolutely did not have any food for 17 hours. I am deep in the cycle, so it will be interesting to see what the bloods show.

I was cranky this AM since I was only drinking water. No caffeine gum, nothing. I got the work out done. At this point, everything after tomorrow is hit and miss while I am traveling. Tomorrow I plan on getting up earlier than usual and trying to get most of my normal leg day routine in. I will do my normal Sat injections, but skip Tues/Thurs and resume next week on Sunday.

I'm excited to help my kid get sorted. She is growing up before me.

Will try to post with pictures when I get a chance.

@PrinceDaddy I responded to the post above but to be real with you, I thought you had issues before when you couldn't complete a 24+ hour fast I think. You have blood sugar level issues, we should discuss them when you're back from the trip.

On the kid situation, great to hear, hopefully she gets what she wants in life and more. :D

The testosterone is the highest I have ever registered. Previous high was 3868 Total Test and 1597 Free Test.
Cholesterol numbers look awesome.

The plan is to run straight thru the end of April, then switch over to contest cutting compounds.

Today felt like the first normal day back to working out. I am still under the weather. I think I got a stomach flu and discomfort. Diarrhea and nausea. Still feeling some symptoms, but hoping to be on the upside. I have lack of appetite. Just trying to stay hydrated.

The college week trip was fun. Great dad daughter bonding experience. Worked out Sat AM, flew out Sat PM. To NJ, Flight was connecting flight thru CLT. Unfortunately, flight was delayed 3 hours. Did not get to our destination till 3:30AM or so. Rough day tired, next day we drove out to Selinsgrove, PA for a overnight stay and a college visit the next day. My daughter had a great visit and this school is a finalist. Prior to departing we found we got into one of our other high interest colleges. So, next week we will be doing a visit to Cleveland, OH. We visited Seton Hall, Hofstra, and NYU. She liked NYU, but is not interested in going there. The other 2 were not for her. It was nice to be in the city. I tried to eat healthy, but the flavors and temptations of NYC were just too strong. Had to have some NYC pizza, bagel, Italian cookies and pastries and coffee drinks.

Wondering if my body is just detoxing from the food bump of last week. While in NJ, I did workout 4 times at my uncle's fitness facility. He was able to get me a 7 days pass. These were nice little workouts with decent but unfamiliar machines. BTW, in order to activate the pass, they take your blood pressure. I usually get some BP anxiety. I usually run a little high. It was 132/82 not bad. I imagine if you run too high, they don't let you join without a doctor's note? Also did get a lot of walking in the city and campus tours.

We returned the following Saturday evening with a direct flight. It seemed to hit me when I got home. I just felt like I had a hard belly. The next day the symptoms hit. I still worked out, but just did not have my normal flow. I am back on my cycle this week. I did skip two injections.

I would like to get more focused towards my show, but I do have one more trip to do with her.
 
airplanes are so nasty and dirty. easy to catch things from travelling hope you feel better

why so many schools to go do? you cant just pick one close to home?

on the feeling, you increased probiotics for all this?
