Still feeling under the weather. I just don't have my normal appetite. Staying hydrated and eating tolerable protein snack, eggs, protein drinks, fruits. Weight is dropping. I wonder if this is what should feel like being on a GLP? I'm not on one at the moment. I suppose I am negating the food consumption from last week. I did see some slight edema with the increased sodium and sugar from last weeks meals.
I did my normal Wednesday workout, 2 plate presses. Was moving well, did seem to run out of gas towards the end. Still very happy with my strength. More stability and confidence in my presses.
Regarding the bloodwork I am on the support supplements like N2Guard. I did skip 2 injections but resume my normal schedule this week.
I will wind down at the end of April.
I would be anxious to see if you all think I have made gains. It is hard to tell yourself. I do need to get rid of the hair. I may do it sooner or later, it may have to wait till I get back from the next college trip.

@PrinceDaddy Hope you feel better soon! Take care and prioritize rest and recovery. It's good you're keeping an eye on your bloodwork and understand how your cycle affects those markers. Looking forward to hearing about your trip when you're feeling up to it.I am back. I have some sort of stomach flu or sickness at the moment. Just trying to recover. Will elaborate on the trip later this week and get back to logging as well.

My AST and ALT always run high due to my working out every day. The hemoglobin and hematocrit are going to be elevated due to EQ.

The testosterone is the highest I have ever registered. Previous high was 3868 Total Test and 1597 Free Test.
