Veteran Log PrinceDaddy 2025 Bodybuilding Log (Masters 55+ Competitor)

I am back. I have some sort of stomach flu or sickness at the moment. Just trying to recover. Will elaborate on the trip later this week and get back to logging as well.

I got my bloodwork from 03/14. Overall it is what I would expect.

My AST and ALT always run high due to my working out every day. The hemoglobin and hematocrit are going to be elevated due to EQ.

The testosterone is the highest I have ever registered. Previous high was 3868 Total Test and 1597 Free Test.
Cholesterol numbers look awesome.

The plan is to run straight thru the end of April, then switch over to contest cutting compounds.

Rain today so not much walking. Had to run homer mid workout and return. Decent arm workout. Working on more core as I go forward. HJoping to have better ab control. I also feel like I need to work on lat flaring. Does not seem balanced.

Tomorrow is my heavy leg day. Looking forward to it. That's what happens when you travel for a week. Planning my meals up to Thursday next week. Will miss the evening meal, likely boiled eggs.

Looks like grocery stores do not have liquid egg whites. I use pretty heavily. Brought last 3 cartons today. Heard or read the chicken flu, they are prioritizing eggs vs egg products. Will likely use a substitute next week. Maybe Fairlife 2%. Looking for high protein base liquid for shakes.

Good workout today. Back to box squatting banded 405. It's been 2 weeks. Strength is still there. Weight has dropped. Got rid of my forearm hair.
This week will be just back to my normal work outs. As mentioned, I fly out again on Thursday. Friday AM will likely use hotel gym. Flying back early Saturday AM. May just do normal leg day when I return. We shall see. The boiled eggs will be for Thursday evening travel. I should really be able to focus on the show after this trip. It is the last visit before her decision.

Eating ground beef 93/7 with sweet potato mixed in. Really miss my meals. Still need to get rid of more body hair, then the progress shots will start rolling in.

My appetite has returned. Last night I started eating, had a hard time getting to full. I though my weight would go up a bit but it seems to be holding. Today was 4 top sets with 2 plate 225 presses. My gym got some new equipment when I was out last week. I have been adjusting to the new equipment. Honestly, the older equipment was better. It will just take time getting used to new equipment. There is a new Smith machine. The bar is thicker. The guidelines are different. The weight feels different. Not as smooth as the older machine.

Forearm looking vascular now that they are hairless. Need to more. May have to wait till I return from the next trip.

@Npcclassicphysique champ I agree 100%. I'm really wanting to see the physique changes. I have one more college trip this week. Next week I plan on getting rid of the remaining body hair. Once I can see it, I can focus in on the physique. I am getting excited to see what I can do this year.

I think my squats have really improved. I am really getting deep in the hole. Have good control. I can usually get my legs shredded. Hoping to have some mass on them. Would really like to get more mass all around on the legs. Anyone able to do the Jay Cutler Quad stomp? Get the quad to wiggle before and then harden it?

I have so much hair it's just too hard to see under coat. Next week, I'll get rid of it. Also in my walks in the sun, the skin will darken and thin .

I am planning the cut cycle to start in May.
