It's actually a pretty good lake. Really good to boat on and very deep.

I am back. As mentioned previously one last college visit to Cleveland, Ohio. Daughter had a great time. She is choosing between 3 schools.
All good schools, she is the one going, not me... so it is her decision. I am glad to be done with these trips. I can focus on bodybuilding. My diet
was a little compromised with all the traveling. Probably TMI, but my digestive system gets whacked. It seems like I get constipated. In any case I am glad to be done.
I did a partial Saturday Leg work out, mostly machines. Today I did my normal chest/shoulder 2 plate 225 press work out. Feel pretty good.
Weight from the stomach flu seems to be back. I did eat a little off menu on Friday/Sat. I'm back on my normal food. I am missing liquid egg whites, having to sub fairlife fat free milk for my protein drinks.
I can focus on the show. Ready to start cutting into the show.
Cleveland is where Superman was created. It's time to be SUPER!

Still dragging a bit. I felt some androgen rage today as I seemed want to push, harder, faster. Waiting on equipment, feel like I'm running slower.
I am getting it done, mentally I just want to do more, but am out of time. My friend is out of town the next few weeks, so I'll be walking myself. I've been trying to catch up on podcasts. I have been behind due to the college visits.
Eating my last serving of ground beef 93/7 with sweet potato. Thawing Ground Chicken 98/2 for meal prep tomorrow. Will have omelet for dinner after the meat prep.
As I move thru April, I would like to see my weight drop to the 184-189 range. I would like to become more agile on the body movement exercises, pull ups, etc. I still need to trim more body hair. The leg hair should come off this Saturday. Will prob get rid of the chest/belly hair the following week. Will post progress shots once I clean it up a bit.

Great back work out today. 5 plate T bar rows. I also do landmine squats and rdls with the same machine on the way down. 130 lb dumb bell rows. 3 top sets. Still working on pull ups trying to flare out the lats. I'm in the 3-5 rep range. I'll get to 10, just have to keep working it.
The plan is to continue to get back to normal routine this week. Looking to shed some more hair on Saturday. Just trying to move to the 185-190 weight range.

I am starting to feel some intensity. Still feel a little slow. Definitely feeling some rage and moving thru my workout. 130 lb dumb bell shrugs and rdls. Feels pretty easy. I'm anxious to see your impressions on physique impact. Anxious to see if you all see much in changes from previous years. It's hard to tell much by yourself. Mirror tells truths and lies. Appetite is up, just staying consistent. I do feel like my biggest issue is still my mid-section and am actively working on vacuums and core control. I would anticipate more focus on this with every week going forward.
