Weight seems to be staying steady. I would like to see the range drop below 190. I will likely need to employ fasting/ SS cardio to get there but want to get rid of all the hair before I start. My arms and legs have decent development. Not sure if I have made gain. My biggest issue is the belly or gut. I can see definition coming in, but closer to the trunk the body is holding more fat. I can vascularity in the forearms and calves and near the bottom of the quads, but not as much closer to the top. I'm ready to see it. I just have to work to get there.
Workout was split between 2 gyms. Had to come home between to drop off the kiddo. Did my abs/RDLs/shrugs at Lifetime and triceps and stair machine at LA Fitness. Not as focused knowing I was going to have the interruption. I did get the volume and weights done.
Eating ground turkey 99/1 with sweet potato. Lately, I have been off the avocados with all the travel.Pre-cook the sweet potato in microwave, break into pieces on plate. Sautee bell peppers (red/green/orange), black olives and onions (white/purple), add pre-cooked ground turkey. Spice to my flavor desire a little on the spicy side with chipotle and garlic powder. Add 2 eggs and spritz of cholula chipotle sauce.
Spread cooked mix over the eggs and I think this is pretty delicious meal. Here it is:
