Getting used to the new machines. Strength is good. I am moving weight with ease. With most of the hair gone, I'm really looking for some pop to my muscles. Legs are coming in. Tomorrow is leg day so I'm anxious to see how my legs look. As mentioned I would like to see the rep count go up on the top sets.

As far as my back goes. I am doing 5 plates on the chest supported t bar rows. 130 lb dumb bell rows. Going up to 4 plates each side on the iso lateral row. On the plate loaded lat pulldown I go as high as 3 plates each side. Would like to do 4, but need someone to hold me down to lock in my legs. I am also working on lat pull ups. I am doing 3-6 at this point. I want an easy 10+ without even thinking about it. Just have to keep working it and as I get lighter I should progress.

Appetite is strong. Eating ground chicken 98/2 with sweet potato. I am really having watch what I eat. Drinking water, trying to pre-fill before food. I just want to eat and snack. I'm really having to just say no. I will need to get more serious as May approaches.

I usually start implementing the stricter restrictions in May.
Knowing your last show, I suggest you prep the cut now and start testing fasting to lower gut size, easier for you in the coming show.
You look amazing on stage but you need to work on the midsection early out. :D

I agree. I'm seeing the details coming in now that the hair is mostly gone. Next week I will see my current conditioning. I really just want to get as peeled as possible.

Got to the gym a few minutes later than usual, maybe 4:40 and my squat rack was taken. Well, time to improvise. Did my machine work first before getting in the rack. Good overall workout, got all my sets in. I am really thinking of slowing down the banded 315 and trying to rep out.
I see decent detail in my legs for it just being April. I want to see more!

Thinking about he physique I would like to bring. I've been following Said Sergeyvich (aka ChestBrah, and brother of zzyz). He has really nice physique with good shape and definition. My waist is nothing like his. Of course I am much older, but it is something nice to aspire for.

I think u need to be on HGH year round. I can sure see how good it works with my wife. Everyday I look at her she looks even more diced. She is now using 3IU per day.

You likely need to really work on conditioning now to get to this level, including more low impact cardio.

Got rid of the leg hair. Next week the chest and belly fur. I'm pretty vascular, but the definition is less. To be expected as I am at the beginning of the cut. My androgen rage has been higher, Really get after it. Was going to take the Uprising Ascend Kratom today, but skipped due to feeling good intensity.

I have not done 405 box squats due to the college travels. Seemed to come back pretty easy for me today. I am thinking in May I will drop to 315 and try to get more reps

Time to transform...
@PrinceDaddy 10 plates each side on leg press?! Damn bro, respect! 405 box squats back in the mix, nice. Cutting now, pro card or bust, that's the spirit!

I'm stoked to see it. Not bad at the moment, but ready to pop with some more cutting and cardio. Also once the masteron starts it will really come in.

My front press is improving. I feel like adding drop set of 225 to 205 to 185 to 155 to 135 is helping with overall strength. My focus is the delts and feeling the pop. Been doing my steady state cardio walk catching up in podcasts. My friend has been out of town for the next few weeks so just trying to stay steady. Also, I feel like my skin gets ready for the summer color.

Eating ground turkey 99/1 with sweet potato.

Weight seems to be staying steady. I would like to see the range drop below 190. I will likely need to employ fasting/ SS cardio to get there but want to get rid of all the hair before I start. My arms and legs have decent development. Not sure if I have made gain. My biggest issue is the belly or gut. I can see definition coming in, but closer to the trunk the body is holding more fat. I can vascularity in the forearms and calves and near the bottom of the quads, but not as much closer to the top. I'm ready to see it. I just have to work to get there.

Workout was split between 2 gyms. Had to come home between to drop off the kiddo. Did my abs/RDLs/shrugs at Lifetime and triceps and stair machine at LA Fitness. Not as focused knowing I was going to have the interruption. I did get the volume and weights done.

Eating ground turkey 99/1 with sweet potato. Lately, I have been off the avocados with all the travel.Pre-cook the sweet potato in microwave, break into pieces on plate. Sautee bell peppers (red/green/orange), black olives and onions (white/purple), add pre-cooked ground turkey. Spice to my flavor desire a little on the spicy side with chipotle and garlic powder. Add 2 eggs and spritz of cholula chipotle sauce.
Spread cooked mix over the eggs and I think this is pretty delicious meal. Here it is:

Bicep pump workout. Weight moving up a little. Tomorrow is my heavy leg day. I will get rid of the chest and belly hair afterwards. This should help me focus on the conditioning plan.
