Got rid of the leg hair. Next week the chest and belly fur. I'm pretty vascular, but the definition is less. To be expected as I am at the beginning of the cut. My androgen rage has been higher, Really get after it. Was going to take the Uprising Ascend Kratom today, but skipped due to feeling good intensity.

I have not done 405 box squats due to the college travels. Seemed to come back pretty easy for me today. I am thinking in May I will drop to 315 and try to get more reps

I'm also thinking I will drop the squat weight from 405 to 315. More volume on the 315. More focus on core tightening also the start of posing.

@PrinceDaddy beast mode is always active :D to be real here we should talk about cutting now and really tightening up.
Doing LESS squats is better for you, you can cut down your weights and core size this way. Please listen to what I'm saying, squats are not needed for you.

My normal delt and chest press routine. Hair is gone. I like how things look, but there is definitely fat to lose around the belly. I'm ready to cut up now. @LevButlerov I'll have to think on that. I like my leg day. Thinking about fasting. I want to see the conditioning come in.

@PrinceDaddy Always good to see an update from you Prince. Sounds like a lot of Maintenance going on here with taking care of your skin and getting rid of the hair. But you have the experience to really make it an easy aspect.

Been thinking about the diet approach. I seem to have to do long walks for great conditioning. I feel like the fat does not come off from diet alone. I eat clean. I end up fasting and just doing a lot of cardio. Been wondering what creates the fat on the body. What exactly burns the fat off the body.

I have generally been Keto, but understanding that the body has to convert carbs to fat in order to store vs excess fat in consumption can automatically store as fat. So, maybe too much avocado and/or nuts for me is just being stored as fat? Might be a genetic thing. Wondering if switching to low fat carb cycling protocol might work better for me?

Here's how my macro ingredients break out

Proteins
Eggs whites
Ground Beef/Chicken/Turkey
Chicken Breast
Steak sirloin/filet/flat iron/petite tender
Shrimp
Protein powder
Greek yogurt

Carbs
Sweet potato
