Good leg work out today. Nice long walk later in the morning.
Been thinking about the diet approach. I seem to have to do long walks for great conditioning. I feel like the fat does not come off from diet alone. I eat clean. I end up fasting and just doing a lot of cardio. Been wondering what creates the fat on the body. What exactly burns the fat off the body.
I have generally been Keto, but understanding that the body has to convert carbs to fat in order to store vs excess fat in consumption can automatically store as fat. So, maybe too much avocado and/or nuts for me is just being stored as fat? Might be a genetic thing. Wondering if switching to low fat carb cycling protocol might work better for me?
