Good leg work out today. Nice long walk later in the morning.

Been thinking about the diet approach. I seem to have to do long walks for great conditioning. I feel like the fat does not come off from diet alone. I eat clean. I end up fasting and just doing a lot of cardio. Been wondering what creates the fat on the body. What exactly burns the fat off the body.

I have generally been Keto, but understanding that the body has to convert carbs to fat in order to store vs excess fat in consumption can automatically store as fat. So, maybe too much avocado and/or nuts for me is just being stored as fat? Might be a genetic thing. Wondering if switching to low fat carb cycling protocol might work better for me?

Here's how my macro ingredients break out

Proteins
Eggs whites
Ground Beef/Chicken/Turkey
Chicken Breast
Steak sirloin/filet/flat iron/petite tender
Shrimp
Protein powder
Greek yogurt

Carbs
Sweet potato
Fiber one cereal (Plain)

I am eating half a sweet potato mixed in with ground chicken.

@PrinceDaddy It's the food that creates the fat bro.....most foods have low fat but fruits like avocado etc have good amount of fats.......

I kind of messed up this morning, on one side I had a 25 and 10 and the other 35 and 10. I did the set and just thought my shoulder was unbalanced. I stripped the dimes and went again. I finally stripped the quarters and the realized my mismatch.

I was running out of time, so I decided to step it up for the incline

I ended up doing the same for the decline at the other gym. Had to run home to run an errand. The LA Fitness decline bench was different so just played it very carefully.

Today was the first day that I felt beast mode coming on. It is my light day, but I was amped, not triggered just ready to hit it.

I typically do 3 versions of my bicep day, one will be with pull ups when I am lighter, one with plate loaded curls, and the last where I pull a curl bench up to cable machine and use rope and curl bar attachments. Unfortunately, at my gym they replaced some equipment, notably the bars with the rubber handles. These usually come lose at some point. The new bars don't quit have the right angle or are not wide enough to fit the bench. I am changing up my routine. I ended up doing spider cable curls with a bench. Also did pull ups. I want more core and upper body hanging strength so jumping up grabbing the bars doing leg lifts/crunches and pull ups are going to help my development.

Heavy leg day tomorrow. Probably last time I will do 405 banded squats. I think next week I will top off at 315 may with lower bench or none at all.
Looking to increase rep count.

This is the cutover week. On Thursday I get into the Cut Stack. (See above). Last heavy leg day. Going to drop down to 315 and less volume.
I may look into squatting less. Maybe more leg extensions and curls. More burn there? I don't anticipate changing any of my other workouts. If anything more additions to core and ab work as we keep moving forward.

Looking over my physique I need to chisel the mid section and lower back fat. I know I will add fasting. It may be as soon as next Friday. I need to see weight dropping as we move forward.

Ordered 8 lbs of CP grass fed and grass finished 93/7 ground beef for total $57 with promotion (shipped). Good deal? Local grocery stores seem to be selling the same for $9 lb.
