I may look into squatting less. Maybe more leg extensions and curls. More burn there? I don't anticipate changing any of my other workouts. If anything more additions to core and ab work as we keep moving forward.

Looking over my physique I need to chisel the mid section and lower back fat. I know I will add fasting. It may be as soon as next Friday. I need to see weight dropping as we move forward.

Cover week is good, but I'd start cutting now already more if you can. Can you handle fasting? @PrinceDaddy I suggest it.

For sure start squatting less, you have great legs, just working on them without squats will be easy for you.

The grass fed and finished beef should be a good deal at 57 if shipping is there.

I don't know if the beef is a good deal, depends on the quality, if it gets to you all rotten, then obviously know.

Waking up tired, but getting it done. Good leg workout today. Really slowed down my movement. Felt a little doms after sitting in a chair for a bit in the afternoon. Took my last dose for this cycle. I convert to the cut cycle on Thursday.

Pre-cooked ground beef 98/2 with bell peppers/onions/sweet potatoes/eggs. Used Egglife tortillas today for Taco Tuesday.

I really hope you take our advice to start testing a 24 hour fast to empty the gut.

I have not. I usually have topped off around 400-500. I would get water retention. This year I am not getting it. I may adjust down if I notice issues.

Rainy day in DFW. So, the walking was in the gym and grocery store. Good work out this morning. I am really slowing the reps and concentrating on the concentric or shortening movement. I have good strength.

On the front shoulder press, been adding 2.5s to do 230. Do one set with 225 and the next 2 with 230.
On the incline, been doing 225, adding 5 then 235, adding 10 then 245 for the top 3 sets. Easily knocking out 10 reps
On the decline, I do get gassed, so 225 first set, the next 2 at 235.

Also do presses at 2 plates each side on the smith machine in different bench positions (1 set each) moving from a decline to full military incline.

Cut cycle starts tomorrow.
