This is the cutover week. On Thursday I get into the Cut Stack. (See above). Last heavy leg day. Going to drop down to 315 and less volume.
I may look into squatting less. Maybe more leg extensions and curls. More burn there? I don't anticipate changing any of my other workouts. If anything more additions to core and ab work as we keep moving forward.
Looking over my physique I need to chisel the mid section and lower back fat. I know I will add fasting. It may be as soon as next Friday. I need to see weight dropping as we move forward.

For sure start squatting less, you have great legs, just working on them without squats will be easy for you.
