Looking at past years, my weight is about where it would be this time of year. Of course the focus is more intense going forward. Will likely start fasting every Friday, and add Mondays later. I already kind of fast Sat and Sun. Will keep grinding, M-F I already do a high step count. About 5 to 6 mile walk. Much work to do.
I feel like I have gotten stronger as I do have more control. Watched an interesting video last night. A youtuber was demonstrating a tricep pull down.
Feels like chasing a rep count is not the way to grow. Instead a reasonable weight with control and intensity. I had already been trying to do this as of late. Hope I see some growth.
