Veteran Log PrinceDaddy 2025 Bodybuilding Log (Masters 55+ Competitor)

Will start fasting on Friday/Sat/Sun this week. I am doing a 2 hour walk M-F and 35 min stair mill. I am doing all the things. I think my body is more focused now after the travel, More consistent. I do have quite a bit to tighten up.
Im curious how much this will help bring the physique together

Brought my airline ticket for show 1, hotel reservation was made earlier this year. I am committed. I have a feeling I will be tighter for show 2. That is the way it seems to work each year. All done with the IGF-LR3 and BPC-157. Start Reta and SLU on Sunday.

Great session this morning. Slow controlled movements. I think it looks better and better. With it raining all day, I did not get to do my normal walk. Did walk in the gym along with the 35 min stair master.

Ground Beef with bell peppers and onions. No sweet potato mix in today. Decided to sunny side up my eggs today and break yolks over the meat. Yum!

Tomorrow, I have to split my workout, come home and take the kiddo to school for an AP exam. Will end up doing cardio and abs at another gym. Should be able to get my walk in as well. Friday will be a fasting day.

Just have to keep plugging along.

Today was a split workout between 2 gyms. Had to run home to drop off the kiddo at school. Skipped my core warmup and went straight to the workout.

Thing I noticed today on my tricep movements. I think my left overpowers my right. On the tricep extensions I noticed weakness on the right side at the heavier weight. I think I am going to work on tricep unilateral movements.

Week 1 of cut compounds complete. No ill effects.

36 hours is too much at this point. With my cut compounds change up and starting Reta this Sunday. I kind of want to build up. I definitely plan on doing this for my next blood work in about 5 to 6 weeks.

My intense workout days Sat/Sun/Mon/Tues/Thurs
My less intense days are Wed/Fri

My current fast is from 8pm Thursday to 5pm Friday which is 20 to 21 hours. I can manage that pretty easily. Does not affect my workout or demeanor. I think I can do the same Tuesday 8pm to Wednesday 5pm.

For the 36 hour fast I may do Thursday 5AM to Friday 5PM

This is a start, try to go 5am to 5pm, lets get this going. You need to empty you digestive system to help you with the cut. @PrinceDaddy

I like the fasting experiment. Definitely planning on implementing the 20 hour fast on Wed & Fri. I want to see the conditioning improve over the next few weeks. Reta and SLU-PP332 startup tomorrow. Let's see what those do for me. I think I can execute the 36 hour fast as well. I just want to build up to it.,

Strength is good. I have really slowed down the movement thinking about the time element of the set rather than the rep count. Being intentional on slow concentric. Squatting slow, rising normal speed.

I feel like when the feeding window opens I binge a bit. More food than what I normally would eat. Will have to exercise more control. It's good food. It's just maybe two greek yogurts instead of one.

One day at a time.

20 hours is an alright fast but its not really fasting, anything under 36 hours is not a fast. Try to get to it soon, show is close. @PrinceDaddy

Looks like I did not save my post from yesterday and I just accidentally deleted it. Oh well. Today was brilliant. Both workout days were great.
Good control.

I started retatrutide today. Took a 0.5mg dose today. Will take the same on Wed. Plan on doing twice a week with the same dose Sun/Wed.
SLU-PP332 will be daily starting in the morning tomorrow.

Conditioning is slowly coming in. I carry more fat on the belly, lower back, and glutes so it will take it's time getting there. Just have to keep grinding. Definitely planning on 2 fasting days on Wed/Fri at 20 hours for now.

Last year I got my step count into the 30K+. I would like to avoid that but will go there if necessary. I will have to see how things look post Memorial Day weekend.

Time to grind.

Started pretty good this morning but felt winded towards the end. Overall strength is definitely improved. Much more control movement with some decently heavy weight.

It is getting hotter in Texas. Going to be 100 on Wednesday. Felt a little out of breath on the walk later in the morning. Typically happens with tren, but wondering if this is the SLU-PP332. Took my first dose today. Will have to monitor as the week progresses.

@PrinceDaddy you will really like reta. i've been on it myself for about 3 weeks or so. i'm down about 5-6 pounds and i haven't changed a thing i'm doing.
