Sunday : Upper body presses 225 4 top sets

Sat Wake Up @ 192

Step Count: 14K
Androgen Rage : High
Cycle Status : Week 2 Cut Cycle
Show Dates : 07/16/2025 / 08/27/2025 (Pro card or bust)
Target Weigh in : 176.25 lbs

Looks like I did not save my post from yesterday and I just accidentally deleted it. Oh well. Today was brilliant. Both workout days were great.
Good control.

I started retatrutide today. Took a 0.5mg dose today. Will take the same on Wed. Plan on doing twice a week with the same dose Sun/Wed.
SLU-PP332 will be daily starting in the morning tomorrow.

Conditioning is slowly coming in. I carry more fat on the belly, lower back, and glutes so it will take it's time getting there. Just have to keep grinding. Definitely planning on 2 fasting days on Wed/Fri at 20 hours for now.

Last year I got my step count into the 30K+. I would like to avoid that but will go there if necessary. I will have to see how things look post Memorial Day weekend.

Time to grind.
@PrinceDaddy Bro, is good to see you. Posting been a while since we heard from you. Going to be cool to see how you do on the Reta.

@PrinceDaddy You'll get some nice benefits from that. Fasting really boost up your insulin sensitivity as well.

Sounds like you had a couple awesome gym sessions brother. Interested to see the results with starting the reta and adding in the fasting days.

I'm awaiting an order, seems to be delayed. But looking to order some more to see how it works for me. Only have 1 10mg vial at this point.

2 hour walk every day, are you tracking heart rate? during walk
No tracking other than step count. It's Texas so going to lose water and electrolytes. Easy to have 6-8 lb weight swing.

Tuesday : Banded squats / safety squats / leg press / leg extension / leg curl / calves

Good work out this morning. Starting to get hot here in Texas. Going to be 102 tomorrow afternoon. Wed and Fri will be fasting days. So, I will start tonight after 8pm till tomorrow 5pm. About 20 hours. It's doable for me. I will do longer ones later in June. I just need to build up. I also want to feel out the reta and slu.

I am drinking more fluids and loading more water with the Texas heat. I kind of expected the weight on wake up to be higher but I did come down after walking.

I can see conditioning coming in, but I am not where I want to be. Hoping the reta+slu+fasting+cardio starts moving me in the right direction.
I am being told by others they can see definition. I guess for me, I know how I look when I am in the zone. 2 years was my best conditioning, so that is my goal. Don't really care about the weight, let if fall where it may, I have a feeling it will be under 170.

@PrinceDaddy very hot days. :D I think if you have food control, which you seem to, retatrutide isn't even in play. Fasting and cardio is what you want.

@PrinceDaddy Great to hear both your workout days went brilliantly and that you’re feeling in control! Starting retatrutide at 0.5mg twice weekly sounds like a solid plan, and adding SLU-PP332 daily could support your goals well.

20 hours is not a full fast, you need 36 hours to clear out the gut bro @PrinceDaddy
188 is a good weight but i think you're down to 175 closer to cut

I had a peptide place send me their info sheet, did not order from this one. I feel like there a few that have produced results, but some just seem like a waste of money. Has anyone seen great results from these? I feel like the muscle growth, the tried and true anabolics and HGH just work. The healing peptides seem to have great buzz and feedback (BPC157 and TB500). The GLPs seem to be effective for some.

Specifically the body fat loss peptides? Thoughts?

PEPTIDES OVERVIEW

AOD-9604: Accelerates metabolism; burns stored body fat; prevents new fat stores from accumulating; improves bone density; stimulates the production of collagen, which improves skin elasticity; is a potent anti-inflammatory; enhances joint flexibility and functionality; great for conditions like arthritis.
B-Complex: Boosts energy; accelerates metabolism; improves digestion; promotes angiogenesis (the formation of new blood vessels) and has a number of positive cardiovascular benefits; enhances cognitive function; is a mood-stabilizer; improves cellular health.
BPC-157: Best known for its ability to accelerate healing from skin, muscle, bone, ligament, and tendon-related injury; stimulates new tissue growth; helps to build lean muscle/prevents muscle-wasting; decreases fat tissue; reduces inflammation; boosts dopamine and serotonin levels, leading to pain-relief and mood stabilization; has neuroprotective effects and can help to prevent diseases like Alzheimer's and Parkinson's; maintains and improves memory.
Cargrilinitide: A long-acting and highly effective appetite suppressant designed to enhance the effects of GLP-1 peptides- integrating Cargrilinitide is one of the best options to combat a weight-loss plateau; works well as an appetite suppressant when taken independently; promotes satiety; slows gastric emptying; helps to regulate blood sugar.
CargriSema: The combination of the GLP-1 Semaglutide with Cargrilinitide (a synthetic hormone which is excellent for appetite suppression) is an incredibly potent one, resulting in an average of 23% weight loss after 68 weeks.
Cerebrolysin: A neuroprotective peptide preparation which has strong preventative potential for Alzheimer’s and Parkinson’s diseases, and can lessen many of the symptoms of these; helpful in recovering from traumatic brain injury (TBI) and stroke; helps to mitigate symptoms of multiple scoliosis, peripheral neuropathy, and vascular dementia; can prevent the occurrence of and lessen symptoms of chronic migraines.
CJC No Dac: Stimulates production of growth-hormone; has tissue regenerative properties; builds muscle; burns fat; increases bone density; has immune system benefits; improves sleep cycles; stimulates collagen synthesis, improving the appearance of fine lines and wrinkles; boosts overall energy levels; reduces inflammation in the body; increases libido; can increase fertility in women; excellent for postmenopausal women to prevent bone breakdown and fight disorders like osteoporosis.
Epithalon: A synthetic peptide which is used for anti-aging (activates telomerase); helps to fight hormone-dependent tumors; regulates biomolecules involved in the inflammation process: helps treat conditions like rheumatoid arthritis and ulcerative colitis; reduces oxidative stress; improves sleep cycles by increasing melatonin; enhances memory retention and recall; improves neuronal signaling and plasticity.
GHK-Cu: An antioxidant which increases collagen and elastin; reduces hyperpigmentation, fine lines, and wrinkles; accelerates nail and hair growth; has liver regenerative and tissue-healing properties for skin, lung, boney, and stomach lining tissues; is a potent anti-inflammatory; can reverse fibroblasts in those with COPD; boosts nerve and blood vessel growth; can reverse cortisone-induced inhibition of wound healing; decreases the expression of pain genes, leading to analgesic (pain-relieving) effects.
GHRP-2: Synthetic ghrelin agonist which stimulates the pituitary gland to release GH. Has a short half-life of minutes to hours, and is a potent peptide for those who want to build lean muscle mass quickly. Ghrelin, commonly referred to as “the hunger hormone,” signals hunger to the brain, leading to an increase in food intake. Binds to GHS-R; releases GH in a short-burst fashion; requires frequent dosing for optimal results.
GHRP-6: Similar to GHRP-2, with a few key exceptions: GHRP-6 causes lower appetite stimulation levels, which is beneficial for those who are trying to lose weight; GHRP-6 is slightly less effective; GHRP-6 has some lipogenic (metabolic formation of fat) properties in the presence of insulin and glucose and must be dosed properly; stimulates the release of growth hormone; increases muscle mass; reduces body fat; improves endurance; speeds recovery from injury; improves sleep quality; boosts overall energy levels.
Glow: A combination of BPC-157, TB-500, and GHK-Cu designed to improve skin health by stimulating collagen production, reducing signs of aging, and enhancing overall skin appearance. Improves elasticity, reduces fine lines and wrinkles; repairs and regenerates skin cells; reduces inflammation; accelerates repair of ligaments, tendons, and muscles; improves circulation; reduces the appearance of scars.
Glutathione: An antioxidant naturally produced by the liver and CNS that helps to metabolize toxins, break down free radicals, and support immune function. Glutathione depletion is linked to neurodegenerative disorders (e.g. Alzheimer’s and Parkinson’s), cystic fibrosis, an increased risk of developing cancer, diabetes, hepatitis, age-related disorders, and aging in general. May be used in conjunction with chemotherapy to lessen its toxic effects.
HCG: Increases testosterone and sperm; reduces infertility; increases libido; can reverse symptoms of hypogonadism. In women it increases the chance of becoming pregnant; increases libido; increases the chance of carrying more than one baby.
IGF-1 LR3: Builds lean muscle very quickly; stimulates the proliferation of muscle satellite cells that help repair muscle tissues damaged by activity or injury; manages the effects of GH in the body; reduces inflammation; regulates blood sugar; increases metabolism; reduces adipose (fat) tissue; inhibits glucose transport into cells, allowing the body to use the glucose for energy.
Ipamorelin: Stimulates growth hormone production; builds lean muscle mass; increases metabolism and reduces body fat; improves bone density; increases strength and endurance; promotes collagen synthesis; reduces inflammation; improves concentration, focus, and mental acuity; gives an overall feeling of rejuvenation, youth and vitality; improves libido; combats E.D. in men.
Kisspeptin: Triggers the release of gonadotropin-releasing hormone (GnRH) which simulates the production of sex hormones (estrogen and testosterone); increases sexual motivation and arousal of both sexes; improves erectile function in men; helps regulate women’s menstrual cycle; can improve symptoms associated with hypogonadism; may help treat obesity, anxiety, and depression.
Lemon Protocol: A fast-acting treatment targeting specific stores of fat (lipolysis), allowing them to be released from the body by hydrolysis (aka released via urine waste). Typically used on small, stubborn areas of fat which are resistant to diet and exercise- most often the double chin, “bat wings,” “love handles,” the fatty area around the bra line, thighs, and abdomen. Treatments are applied over several weeks or months. It should be noted that once the targeted fat cells are destroyed, they do not regenerate- ever!
Lipo-C: Burns stored fat; increases energy levels; supports weight loss; helps to preserve lean muscle tissue; improves overall metabolism; boosts the immune system; supports proper hormone function; offers antioxidant protection from free radicals; improves brain function and mental acuity; promotes better liver function; stimulates the creation of proteins responsible for strong hair and nails.
Mazdutide: A dual agonist of the GLP-1 and glucagon receptors, developed for type 2 diabetes and obesity. Regulates blood sugar, delays gastric emptying, improves fat metabolism in the liver, increases causes weight loss, burns calories more efficiently, improves lipid levels, raises metabolism, reduces the risk of osteoporosis in post-menopausal women, reduces liver inflammation, and increases bone health.
Melanotan 1: Induces skin tanning- increases the amount of melanin in the skin, which both protects you from the damaging effects of UV exposure and allows skin to tan at an extremely accelerated rate; helps treat rosacea; increases libido (often A LOT); can help resolve erectile dysfunction in men.
MOTS-C: Increases metabolism and causes weight loss; can protect against metabolic disorders like non-alcoholic fatty liver disease; improves physical performance and running capacity; improves muscle function; increases insulin resistance; offers anti-inflammatory benefits; decreases vascular calcification; increases chances of surviving infection/sepsis.
NAD+: An excellent choice for anyone over the age of 30 to offset the body’s naturally diminishing NAD levels. Supports cellular health and DNA repair; can reduce the signs of aging by improving the skin's elasticity and structure by stimulating the production of collagen and elastin; repairs cells; reduces inflammation; may slow the progression of neurodegenerative diseases such as Alzheimer's and Parkinson's; improves cognitive function and memory; has weight loss benefits.
PT-141: Treats sexual dysfunction; reduces sexual anxiety and improves performance; has long-lasting effects compared to other treatments; treats hypoactive sexual desire in postmenopausal women; does not have adverse effects when combined with alcohol; is a non-invasive treatment option with minimal potential side effects (particularly in comparison to alternatives like Viagra).
Retatrutide: The newest evolution of GLP-1 anti-obesity medications, Retatrutide has proven more effective than Semaglutide, CargriSema, and Tirzepatide in clinical trials- averaging a 22+% total body weight loss after only 48 weeks. Helps mitigate many risk factors in those with cardiovascular problems, and is showing promise in combatting substance use disorders, sleep apnea, and depression.
Selank: Reduces anxiety and stress; heightens cognitive function; combats depression; is a mood stabilizer; has beneficial effects on pain perception; improves the capacity to learn; maintains and increases memory; combats many of the negative effects of alcohol misuse on the brain; has immunomodulatory mechanisms; is an antiviral with cancer and illness-fighting qualities.
Semaglutide: A GLP-1 designed to treat Type-2 Diabetes and Obesity. Typically results in an average total body weight loss of 15-17% after 68 weeks; suppresses appetite; regulates blood sugar; mitigates many risk factors for those with cardiovascular problems; shows strong neuroprotective potential.
Semax: Enhances cognitive function; improves focus and concentration; provides neuroprotective effects against cognitive decline, particularly after brain injuries and strokes; stimulates serotonin and dopamine; enhanced memory and recall; improved stress resilience; improves blood circulation; is used as a mood stabilizer, anti-anxiety agent, and anti-depressant.
Sermorelin: A bio-identical version of growth hormone-releasing hormone (GHRH), which stimulates the pituitary gland to release human growth hormone (HGH). Enhances muscle growth; improves energy levels; promotes better sleep cycles; supports weight loss by stimulating the body’s natural production of GH; helps combat age-related symptoms such as fatigue and decreased muscle mass. Diminishing HGH levels are associated with weight-gain, fatigue, loss of muscle tone, decreased bone density, thinning hair and skin, and reduced immunity.
SNAP-8: Considered the Botox of the peptide world, it is a potent treatment for facial wrinkles and other signs of aging by inhibiting the contraction of muscles in the face; stimulates collagen production; when applied topically, twice daily at a 5% concentration, it has proven to reduce wrinkles by 30%-68% after as little as one month; is marketed as a nootropic supplement; improves cognitive function and memory.
SS-31: The energy-boosting peptide; reverses the damage of oxidative stress; anti-aging; anti-inflammatory (including neuroinflammation); supports and enhances memory/cognitive-function; combats insulin resistance; prevents and/or mitigates symptoms of cardiovascular, neurodegenerative, kidney, and respiratory diseases; likely inhibits the development of many chronic diseases.
Survodutide: A dual glucagon/GLP-1 receptor agonist developed as a weight loss drug. Is also a treatment for non-cirrhotic metabolic-dysfunction-associated steatohepatitis (MASH) and moderate or advanced (F2/F3) fibrosis.
