Another fasting day in the books. I am starting to wear a waist trainer in the afternoon/evening. Still not feeling much of anything on the Reta.
Next week will bump top 2mg. Got another vial of 20mg, so will slowly titrate up.

Feel generally good. See conditioning coming in, just have to keep pressing on.

Weight loss seems to progressing. 186 is the lowest I have weighed this year. I did not have a BM today, maybe due to the fasting yesterday.
The thing that frustrates me is the hunger or cravings as soon as the feeding window opens. Yesterday, at 5pm I cooked my meal. Ate my meal,
had some greek yogurt. At this point, I should be done for the evening. Instead, closer to bed I started having hunger pain and cravings. Even a slight headache. I ended up eat 2 granola/protein bars. I know as bodybuilder as you get closer to your show date you have to learn to suffer and that is it. I was hoping the GLPs would help with this. During the fast itself, I am fine, I just don't eat. Maybe just stare at the clock. It is just when you take that first meal, it is great, but the satiation does not come.

As mentioned before Semaglutide really did not do much for me last year. My intent was to use Trizepatide this year, but the current conversation is showing retatrutide to be more effective with body building weight loss and blood markers. At this point, I am one week in with 1.5mg. This upcoming week I will try 2mg and see what happens. Looking for appetite control. Anyone use Cagrilintide , maybe it can do what I am looking for?

You should start pushing for 36 hour fast now, dont need to wait, have self control

So, the cycle so far has been as so:

600mg Test Cyp
150mg Tren Ace
450mg EQ
600mg Mast

I have kept the Test higher this year. My body seems to be handling it well. In years past, I would get watery and very estrogen sensitive. I would see a layer of water on my body. This year that does not seem to be happening. In any case, I start orals next weekend. I will bring the test down to 400 next week. Possibly reduce again to 200 after 3 weeks. I generally feel good. Not super strong, not weak either.

I will get up to 36 hour fast at some point. I am just not ready yet. 2 weeks in on the new compounds, 1 week on the reta and slu-pp, next week the orals come in. I just want to introduce it by itself when I am ready.
with this cycle, you need to start doing more cardio so close to the show and see how you do now.

I do not have trizepatide. I only have reta. I will fast when I am ready. Not ready.

I already do nearly 3 hours of cardio 5 days a week.

Felt a little winded today. Got the workout done. Did not push any extra weight.

Looks like tomorrow will be a fasting day. (20 hours) Not intentionally, as it turns out I need to buy groceries. I will be shopping while hungry. I need to be a good boy and make sure I don't buy anything in excess.

Took 1mg of Reta today, next dose of 1mg on Wed. Still not feeling it. I am dropping weight, but I did introduce fasting.

This is a busy week for me. Last week of school for the kiddo. So some running around for me. Also graduation on Saturday, so will have to shorten my work out.

I already do nearly 3 hours of cardio 5 days a week.
I misread I thought you're on tirz but you're on retatrutide looks like.
My intent was to use Trizepatide this year, but the current conversation is showing retatrutide to be more effective with body building weight loss and blood markers. At this point, I am one week in with 1.5mg. This upcoming week I will try 2mg and see what happens. Looking for appetite control.

Joints seem to feel dry today. Not sure why. Seem to sleep not as well on Sunday evening. I do get up at 4am M-F. Maybe the shock of getting up before the body is ready. I did have a little Deca from Feb-April. Maybe the deca effects diminishing.

I ended up doing another 20 hour fast today. No groceries, so not eating. Out of eggs, spinach, sweet potatoes. Got groceries this afternoon.
Supply chain must be whacked, first grocery store had not sweet potatoes or onions. I just left.

I suppose you could just call it OMAD. Since it is a 4 hour feeding window for the meal bolus. Seem to be doing better. Having no issue during the fasting, anxious to see how I do later in the evening. Whether cravings and appetite control make me less hungry.

Busy week as it is last week of school for the kiddo and graduation. Running around on a flexible schedule. Will have to shorten my Saturday leg day.

Was looking at my log from last year to reflect on Semaglutide which I used last year, in a much better place this year. Of course last year was rough with all the life events. I've made this far. Hopefully better things ahead.

Maybe the reta is working? Doing 2mg this week. Weight is dropping. I am fasting more, 20 hour fast or an OMAD. This week Monday, and now thinking Wed, Thu, and Fri. Much of this due to some schedule issues with my kiddos last week of school. Just trying to fit my schedule to her change up this week. I feel ok, appetite does seem to kick in the evening. Been having a protein shake if I feel that urge. I am wearing the waist trainer afternoon and evening. I think that tends to make you eat less.

Brought ground turkey 99/1. So will meal prep for the next 3 days with turkey during the omad meal.

Conditioning is coming in. I'm ready for more. Plenty to lose still.

My shoulders joints are feeling sore. The deca is out of my system. I'm definitely feeling joint soreness or inflammation. Being careful as I proceed.

Took my second dose of Reta 1mg. So 2mg weekly at this point. It may doing something for me. Not sure if I am feeling the appetite suppression. I am fasting today with a 20 hour fast or OMAD. I will do the same tomorrow and Friday. This is due to many schedule change ups this week. It could just be my schedule this week.

Ordered some more Retatrutide, also picked up Cagrilinitide and MOTS-C. Anxious to see how things look. I do change up my cycle this Saturday. Reducing Test and EQ. Adding orals starting on Monday.

Was not intentional to do 4 days, more a result of just some other scheduling activities this week. I am thinking of doing MWF going forward for the show. I do plan on doing the 36 hour fast at some point, especially leading into the blood work.

I am really starting to believe in the reta. I'm having an easier time fasting or dieting. I have not had insane cravings. I am eating my meal with high protein emphasis when it is time to eat. I will keep monitoring and have more input as the weeks progress. So far, it is really helping.

Last full anabolic dose today. Next week will add the orals and drop the cycle to the following

@PrinceDaddy the waist trainer is perfect, you want that to really tighten things up.

With retatrutide, you should try ED dosing called micro-dosing you would feel it more around 0.5mgs ED try that and see if it helps.

Fasting, push to OMAD for at least 2 weeks, just 4+hours your 20 hour fast, you'll see a difference.

Your cycle is not bad for show prep, but close to the show you'll need to lighten up on the EQ and up the tren more.
