Chest supported T bar rows, 3 sets each from 1 plate to 5 plates going up one plate at a time.
Dumb bell rows, 20, 40, 60, 80, 110. 3x130
(This gym tops off at 130s)
Plate loaded row and lateral pulldown, 1,2,3 plate each side. pyramid up then pyramid down.
On the way down hit single with sides.
I've been starting to do some hang exercises. I wanted to get under 190 before I do more hanging and pull up type exercise. I think my body can use the stretch, may start doing some leg raises or lifts just to get the core stretch in.
Today's dinner, ground turkey with bell peppers/onions and avocado.
