Chest supported T bar rows, 3 sets each from 1 plate to 5 plates going up one plate at a time.
Dumb bell rows, 20, 40, 60, 80, 110. 3x130 (This gym tops off at 130s)
Plate loaded row and lateral pulldown, 1,2,3 plate each side. pyramid up then pyramid down.
On the way down hit single with sides.

I've been starting to do some hang exercises. I wanted to get under 190 before I do more hanging and pull up type exercise. I think my body can use the stretch, may start doing some leg raises or lifts just to get the core stretch in.

Today's dinner, ground turkey with bell peppers/onions and avocado.

I'm sure they'll open up a gym close to you and your gym won't be as crowded. That's usually how the cycle works.

Ground turkey is something that I'll have to try.

This spinach omelette looks really good and I like the avocado on the side. Very good for your joint, smart.
 
Can you train back somewhere else?
This is me improvising to 150 back in November. Felt good back then, but felt a slight bicep strain on my right side after a few weeks of the step up. Ended up pulling back, saving time on the set up. All good at the moment. May try again when the gear kicks in depending on feels.

Lifetime goes up to 130s. LA Fitness goes up to 100s. There are others that may go higher, but these are where I have memberships and are convenient for me. It's enough to stim the muscle.

On the distention, I think a lot of it is digestive related but also HGH related.
Can you try a 36 hour water fast? this way we can see if your body can flush everything out in that time and how tight you get.
@LevButlerov You have me thinking. My longest fast during preps has been 15-17 hour water fasts. I don't like it if I am doing a heavy work out day. This Friday, I have blood draw scheduled for 2pm, I will be water fasted from 9pm evening before to 3pm the next day. I might stretch that to 6pm, maybe 20 hours.

Trying to make a weight target, I have pushed possibly to 36 hours. I think I was restricting water as well. I remember cramping and getting much smaller. I should try again but with plenty of water. Thinking....

Are those rubber bands? If so can you post a link on amazon for the correct ones. I might start doing this. My db only go up to 125 at my gyms a lift at.

@PrinceDaddy i did fast a few times doing show prep and i can tell you it controls the gut for sure bro
i highly suggest you try 36 hours and see, you will really tighten up the mid section from it

@RoidRage69 It is a hack, but this is what I used. It held well, pain to set up.

I have seen some using these, but you and I are probably too strong for this: And these seem expensive.

Tuesday : Legs Banded Squats/ Safety Squats

Another good leg day in the books. Just up to 315 banded, 3 plates on olympic bar, 305 on the safety bar. Very much trying to slow the rep and have as much control as possible. I have been doing accessory work with a front smith squat and zercher in the smith machine.

Ground turkey once again for dinner today.

Some other updates:
1) Still looking for a job, not much happening there.
2) Kid got accepted to 10 schools, still waiting on a few. All of them are out of state. Trying to narrow down to a few schools and take visits and her make decision. Expensive to fly out, stay overnight and come back. Can't really make a decision without seeing the uni in person. Will need to these visits before April and have a decision by May 1st
3) Sold my dad's property, the funds will come in handy. Working on getting closure to taxes for last year so we can begin the disbursement to us three descendants. The money not a lot, but enough to get thru this year

All I can say is One day at a time.

Raining today so less walking. 3 top sets on my upper body 225 sets, shoulder/incline/decline. Last serving of ground turkey/bell peppers/onions/black olives with avocado.

Thinking will start my blood draw fast at 9pm tomorrow evening. Blood draw will be around 2pm the next day. I have an obligation at 4pm. I will try to break the fast at 6pm so should have a 20 hour fast. Plan on testing glucose/ketones before breaking the fast. Will break the fast with Korean barbecue, Burning Rice

Scrambled egg
Gochujang sauce

A treat meal for sure. The kid's size is plenty for me.
