Just a few words of thanks. Through no fault of the great team at PSL I had a package almost certainly seized by UK Customs (2nd time ever in what must be close to 8 years of more - diff source last time too). Gotta be four plus weeks now. So far so good - no letters etc like I had last time.
Then, as a part of the reopening, they had a 'ticket issue' (mentioned in it's own thread). But every single issue I've had and the site has had has been fixed.
There are many great sources on Evo and the Evo family of forums. ALL of them MUST have great customer service to be able to stay in business. It's become a MUST HAVE for ANY online business. PSL's is currently the ones I think others need to look at and learn from.
