We have now had half a dozen members come forward regarding the issues raised by @MassiveSparky with our test E 'March' batch.

We highly encourage any members who have had any similar experience to contact us ASAP for options for resolution.

Any members in possession of “March” batch are also encouraged to contact us to resolve the matter.

Moving forward we would like anyone who ever has a issue or situation with our products to contact us immediately.

@MassiveSparky whilst we feel we may not be a lab of your liking. We would like to stress that moving forward we will have a far more professional approach to any arising situations big or small as you have raised some good points to which we appreciate and will take on board.
