I just want to give a shout out to Orbit and thank him. In the beginning of the month (January)I placed an order and for some reason the product did not arrive at my house. FOr whatever reason, weather related, theft, etc, it did not come. This has never happened to me before so it was kinda frustrating to me. Really angry that someone might have helped themselves at my mailbox, or some USPS driver was walking around all jacked up on my products, LOL. Anyway, I contacted Orbit and he said he would look into it. Bottom line, regardless of where it went, etc, I received my package about a week after talking with Orbit. I dont know exactly what happened, but I got it and there was no extra charge, nothing. Just a man of his word. That is why I will NEVER look anywhere else but this family, NeedtoBuildMuscle, RLS Supps and Orbit..Take care..SJ
