protein absorption on tren how often can you eat

Ive been hearing mutliple people saying 2 hours in between each protein meal my question is if i ate protein every hour and a half is that too soon been tough getting 8 meals a day been waking up at 2 am 4 am and 6am to get my last meals for the day in
 
The 2 hours is just to keep your body anabolic. At night if your worried about it just drink a casein protein shake. Then first thing in the morning eat something with alot of protein.
 
I wouldnt bee concerned with meal timing on tren to be honest. I add size on tren while in a 1,000 calorie deficit. Its nitrogen retention and nutrient partitioning are one of a kind

IMO you should be shooting to eat every 2-2.5 hours anyways regardless of what you're on, the bottle neck for anything in terms of muscle growth is protein intake. Biology 101 your body cant hold onto aminos. I would'nt worry about getting up so many times at night its unnecessary, sure down a shake with maybe some peanut/almond butter when you get up to use the bathroom but not three times a night. most people are up at least 16 hours a day so wheres the difficulty in getting at least 7-8 meals in?
 
depends on your insulin sensitivity and your goals

tren is an excellent mass gainer because its so incredibly anabolic and androgenic too, hence why its used in the cattle industry
 
You are really overthinking things. The body is not that black and white. Nitrogen retention and protein synthesis occurs over the case of days, not hours.

It takes your body approximately 10 hours to fully digest a piece of meat. You don't need to worry about eating every 2 hours. Spacing your meals through out the day will lead to more stable blood sugar levels but eating every 3-4 hours is more then sufficient.

Getting up in the middle of the night to eat is counter productive. When you are sleeping is when your body is growing and recovering. Eat a substantial meal before bed and then eat breakfast. You want uninterrupted sleep to grow, rest and recover.
 
You are overthinking a lot here. I personally think that you would get more anabolic effects if you slept properly, rather than just waking up two-three times per night.

Eating every 2-3 hrs for protein absorption is an old wives tale. If you eat a pound of steak your body doesn't instantly excrete the excess 75g of protein. It is broken down into amino acids/peptides and released over a period of time. Eventually a small amount is wasted but not much. If you ate a pound of meat every 6-8hrs you would benefit just as much as less every 2-3hrs. A lot of the newer studies back this up too.I believe your small intestine is what does this.

Dude I love reading studies too, but answer me this if it's such an old wives tale why has every successful bodybuilder ever at any level always eaten every 1.5-3 hours? Do you or these studies now something the 13 guys in 51 years didn't? Studies are right until they're wrong bro.
 
They eat every 2 hrs cause they are eating 8k cals a day not cause it's better do some research bro I'm not saying you can't do it I'm saying you don't have to by any means if you are on juice you are anabolic anyways I know dudes that are shredded as fuvk that do the warrior diet eating once a day it's all about what's going in not when but do as you please science means nothing anyways

I've found either that it doesn't matter really how often you eat as long as you get the macros in. BBs eat more frequently because they have to intake 6000+ cals

I didn't say they were wrong, I said you absorb the protein either way.

Just my opinion.
Eat every 3 hours and you will look better and be able to train harder.
Now I am not jacked so people will discount what I am saying.
But I am an OCR person and train 2x a day.
If I didnt split my meals and get food evey 3 hour I immediately lose weight. FACT.

EXACTLY!!! IIFYM is good for general 'health'. For truly 'optimal' results and body composition nutrient timing is key, no one competitively uses IIFYM or whatever the whole 'Warrior One meal thing" is.

I wasn't talking about IIFYM. I was stating 400g of protein is 400g of protein whether you split it 6-8 or 3-4 ways! Protein absorption is all I was talking about. I've done it both ways over 20yrs and they both work for me. I understand that not everyone can eat like that.
 
Dude this thread is bro science bullshit meal timing is a fucking joke but believe bro science there is plenty of pro card athletes and power athelets that do ifym and warrior diet is a form of IF or leangains
