I’m coming in a little short on my protein and I’m wondering if you could recommend a good protein powder that I can take
right now about 250 g per day and I would like to increase it by 100grams
what’s a good one that I can use that is full of protein

get some egg protein usually best BCAA combo
 
What's your weight?
You probably don't need 350g.

And there is no "full of protein".

You get a decent WPI or HPI if you want fast absorption and easy digestion.

Or a casein / WPC for slower absorption but probably not as ideal for people with digestion issues.

Either way and whatever the serving size, it should be 80%-90% protein with the remainder being an amino profile.

If you're looking at 40g scoop and it's only 20g protein you just need to look at the nutrition panel to figure out what the rest is.

But you're not gonna get an extra 100g protein out of any protein powder unless you're having 3 shakes a day.
 
there are many different protein options
 
you can go from anywhere from whey concentrate down to hemp
 
P protein is actually a good one
 
try some egg white protein
 
isolate would be my choice
 
make sure you use unsweetened Protein that's clean
 
you can always just go with beef
 
Short at 250g a day?? And (thinking??) you need 100g more? Why?
