I’m looking to put on more size on my frame and I definitely need help
currently 155 lbs and my goal is to put on about 20 lbs over the next year
which protein powder would help me that I can take a couple times a day to boost my protein intake?
And what flavors should I be choosing

i would rather you get hcgenerate, its a natural herb

you can do protein but you need protein and creatine mix to grow
i would add hcgenerate with protein daily to grow

get an unsweetened version

i like creatine here

there are better options than protein powder

with protein powder it's good to mix it with some milk if you want a lot of calories

Real food

You should aim for three shakes a day. If you're only having shakes, it's important to sip on them throughout the day. These small differences can add up. You can adjust your carbohydrate intake through your diet, but your protein intake generally remains consistent. I believe that shakes and whole foods are both beneficial, with shakes being particularly crucial after a workout.

Combining shakes and food is ideal for maintaining mood and energy levels in the gym. There is no evidence to suggest that increasing protein intake to double the recommended amount has any positive effect; in fact, some studies have shown that individuals consuming higher protein (twice the amount) had poorer results when they reduced carbohydrates to compensate for the extra calories from protein.
