I’ve been using protein powder off and on for the past 20 years but now I’ve noticed that it’s becoming harder and harder to digest it properly
plus the brands that I have used in the past seem to be changing up their formulas a lot
can you give me a protein powder suggestion that is going to be a better option for me, I’ve tried iso and it still messes me up

if you have protein powder issues
you can either do
pea protein
or chicken breasts
or eggs
those are all options vs normal iso or whey

make bone broth instead

Isolate

make sure you get the plain kind and see how you react to it

the people who say you need protein powder are the supplement companies

You can try isolate but there's no guarantee it's gonna solve the issue

if something bothers your stomach then stop putting it in

I'd recommend something else don't overdo it with protein powder

eat real food it has always worked for humans

protein powder isn't something I would consume very often

i will have a shake once in a while thats it

I've being using optimum nutrition whey past couple years seem easy on the stomach, as someone suggested try isolated protein, Id usually have 3 or 4 shakes per day as I work a manual labor job
