Approved Log PSL Log - M-1-T DHB Superdrol Testosterone Cypionate Cycle

Okay so I guess I will start with what I've been eating for the cut now this plan was kind of written out for me hint the reason why it's a photo but when I was at 355 lb I would eat because of depression and boredom now I eat for fuel so it's not nothing for me to eat the same thing everyday anymore

And because protein powder does give me bad bloat and sometimes just doesn't settle in my stomach I have substitute the protein powder depending what I'm wanting for the day either shrimp or chicken breast

Protein powder does the same to me
 
Eat some fresh pineapple for gut issues.
It helps digestion and inflammation.
 
I actually incorporated that in My diet But it's something about protein powder it just does it to me
I used to have morning coffe and a protein shake and run straight to the toilet with explosive diarrhea.

Maybe coffee is the trick because I know it's backs me up and I can't go And when I do go it hurts From all the protein But I've kind of balanced out my diet a little more with some carbs And fiber to keep it moving a little better

I think too much whey is the culprit
 
Looking forward to following the log. No way I could ever run superdrol and m1t at the same time. Two of the most toxic compounds I have used!

You know I'm still here to learn and take advice As for earlier in the thread somebody mentioned Maybe do a split 1-4 superdrol week 5-8 m1t I'm really looking at that option maybe just to keep it as safe on my organs as I can

My main issue was the fatigue and general "toxic" feeling they both caused. It is tough to train like you should and stay locked in when you feel worn down.

Fair enough like I said I got a while before it happens I'm going to make sure I'm in Top Notch before I even think about running any of it even one compound alone and I'm also doing a lot of reading and reading up on it all

The nice thing with the orals is that they are short half-lives and you can just stop if you don't like them.
 
My feelings are to use as much injectables as you can handle vs orals. I bet you would tolerate 500 test, 500 NPP, and 300 Tren better than the oral stack. You would also gain and keep way more muscle down the road. Injectable’s is where it’s at.

@Gene_Lifts this is good, high protein VERY nice
but this is daily or you make changes?

how about your training?
 
been on here a while have ran cycles just been quiet guess time for a log

so i purchased some M-1-T for a cycle that i was planning to run and the awesome folks over at PSL offered to throw in the rest
i am finishing up a cut to try get my BF% down first and waiting on the other items to arrive
cycle will be
12 week cycle
week 1-12
DHB 500mg a week
testosterone cypionate 500mg a week
week 1-4 M-1-T 30mg a day
week 1-4 Superdrol 20mg a day

and a big thanks to @Vision for help with the cycle and @Phill for his previous logs running this to help with more info and ideas
and also a special thanks to PSL

bloodwork will be done by me on the cycle food diet and training will be logged by me going to give this log my all

but first waiting for cut to finish bloodwork to clear me i am attempting first to fix few things now diet blood and training to get the best out of this cycle

This is literally hands down the one combination with the three compounds I've always wanted to run simultaneously, I got to admit I'm a bit jealous on this one.. I literally have all of these on hand but just never ever been in the right position, right mindset or anything to run it.
If I'm not in the right position, I don't take things just to take things.

But you literally are doing my dream stack right here I cannot wait to see the results, I cannot wait to hear the feedback, and most of all I cannot wait to hear your enthusiasm and your excitement with everything that comes out of this.

You have my overwhelming dedication and commitment to this with checking in on you brother..
