To be honest the weight ain't nothing super heavy or impressive have I lifted heavy weight in the past yes I have but as I get older I have stuck to low weight try and more to work on my form controlled sets like when it comes the bench press most of the time I'll stay down in the 135 or the 155 range and I'll just blast out sets of tens of 20 go slow with pause and to failure so yeah I don't really do the whole posting of the weight because it ain't nothing super impressive because I'm just more worried about my form and being controlledList the weights too
