So I threw in dips and bicep curls the reason I did that was because I just generally love working my arms and even on leg day I will throw in one or two arm exercises or something to work my back or just some kind of exercise I will usually throw in up to three on a good day but yeah that's normal with meinteresting you through in dips on your leg day any reason for that
When I'm working day shift I do the samebro I get up three or four am every day and work out
Yup I hate cardio but I still do 75 minutes of stairs 3-4 days a week as it is a must for overall health and well-beingnot just you, everyone hates cardio lol @Gene_Lifts but stay on it and DO IT

I'm getting done with my cutting cycle that consisted of clenbuterol and Trend hex photos will be on here soon I'm working on them not that easy for me when you live alone LOL but in the past I've always ate a shit ton of protein and I had a pretty good calculator that I used to use when figuring out what I should do with my body weight but that was a paid calculator for macros and I'm no longer paying for it@Gene_Lifts you're saying cutting cycle done? do you have updated photos bro?
