Funny thing I was actually going to post my routine today for my back and shoulders workout I was at the gym about 40 minutes and the electric went out so as a liability we all had to leave so today's exercise really was only about three lifts nothing special then I came home and did a few dumbbell press kettlebell press nothing really big nothing fancy@Gene_Lifts it would be great to see you update us bro
