My first 2 orders were within reasonable timeframes but third one appears to be MIA and getting ridiculous run-around answers from support email. Order was paid for 10 days ago and shipped 6 days ago but for some reason hasn’t even pick up a scan intransit at any distribution center. Main concern is the absurd responses I’m getting, see below

other packages from that day will be delivered today or tomorrow
just check your mauilbox, maybe package is there
