PSL Test and Tren Recomp Cycle Before & After

What’s up Evo fam, here’s my first post to my 3rd cycle I just finished. I would love to hear critiques from the veterans. I’m here to learn and I welcome all criticism good and bad. A little about myself, I’ve been weight training since I was 13, I’m 23 now. I’ve been in shape majority of those years in terms of strength, cardio, body fat and health. At age 21 I was at a 295 Bench, 415 Squat, 365 Deadlift, 6 minute mile all at a 155 body weight. For the past 2 years I really let myself go due to a lot of personal aspects of life. Physically demanding job, constant dinning out with the girlfriend, partying, and the list goes on. After realizing how out of shape I got out over the past 2 years, I wanted to make an “all in” transformation. Now I can admit, I dont need PEDs to make a transformation but damn, I’m like most humans and I want changes fast. So here’s my cycle:

15 Week Recomposition Cycle
50mg ED Winstrol (First 4 Weeks)
500mg PW Testosterone Enthante
300mg PW Tren Enanthate
2mg Arimidex (1mg Every 3.5 Days)
1mg Cabergoline PW

Post Cycle Therapy
Day After Last Pin:
Cardarine ED
N2Generate ED
N2Guard ED

2 Weeks After Last Pin:
Nolvadex (40/40/20/20)
Clomid (50/50/25/25)
Ostarine 25mg ED

Starting Stats:
Age: 23 (24 by end of cycle)
Weight: 170
Height: 5’7

Total Test @ 549 ng/dl
Free Test @ 92.8 pg/ml
Estrogen @ 25 pg/ml
Red Blood Cell Count @ 42.9%
PSA @ 0.35

Diet: 250 Protein, 200 carbs, 80 fat
Supplements: Fish Oil, Joint Complex, Non-Stim Pump Preworkout, Whey Protein, & Creatine.

Cycle & PCT through Purity Source Labs, ESARMS & N2BM

Weeks 1-4
Libdo was the very first noticeable change by the end of week 1. I have a high sex drive as is, so having it feel significantly higher almost made it distracting 24/7. Body heat and night sweats started by the middle of week 2. Strength gains were noticeable but minimal for the first 3 weeks. My primary focus is getting leaner so strength and muscle gain is secondary. Around week 3 I noticed redness forming around my chest and neck. Didn’t look like much at all. Within 3 days, it turned in to a full on breakout. I went from having about 3 random pimples to about 60 in such a short time frame. It went in a straight line from the middle of my chest to my upper abs. As well as all over the front and back of my neck. Surprisingly my face and back didn’t get one. I have used Accutane on 3 separate occasions since I was 14 since I had crazy acne as a teen. I revisited the dermatologist and took 40mgs of Accutane every day for 2 weeks and it cleared up 100%. I’m very thankful I didn’t have to stay on any longer as I know it’s very toxic to the liver, dries out my lips and skin severely and makes me feel lousy. Beginning of week 3 I also felt mood changes/feeling more irritable. I’m naturally a very calm and level headed person. I don’t change the way I act but I do notice being more bothered by things that don’t really bother me like bad drivers on the road for example. Down 7 pounds by the end of week 4. As well as looking more fuller throughout the day as well. I seemed to get out of breath with cardio or any activities faster than usual for the first month. Which I leave it to one of the side effects of Tren but my cardio isn’t very good to begin with. My split is an Upper/Lower with cardio before and or/after. Cardio mainly consisted of 1-2 miles at a 7-8MPH pace.

Weeks 5-8
Down by 12 pounds total at the end of 8 weeks. Lifts are all going up, vascularity is much more noticeable, confidence in the workout creates that “one more set” game when you’re at the end of the session again and again. Night sweats got a little worse. Changing out bed sheets every other night. Irritability is a tad more apparent but still under control.

Bloodwork:
Testosterone: 4,449/ng/dl
Estrogen: 4pg/ml
Prolactin: 0.1ng/ml
AST 57 u/l
ALT 103 u/l
I had full bloods done but to keep it short, everything was in normal range except red blood cell count was slightly above normal range and liver enzymes quite high. I started N2Guard at this point and my blood 2 months later got my liver enzymes to
AST 46 u/l
ALT 64 u/l

Weeks 8-15
Starting weight was at 170, lowest weigh in I got was 152. Finishing At 155 at the end of the cycle. Over the span of 15 weeks, I only took 10 days off from the gym. Very consistent workouts. Diet was something I could have been better at. Since I’m leaner then when I started, I kept my protein and fats the same and dropped my carbs from 200 to 120. I would often go over carbs by 40 and fats by 20. I would be so hungry all the time that I would hit all my macros but by the end of the night, I eat something not so diet friendly to help ease my hunger pains before going to sleep. I would make it up by doing more cardio as much as I could.

PCT: Been off for 2 weeks now and just starting the bulk of PCT. Workout intensity is still there but the visual vascularity and full look is going away. But that’s expected when you come off. No issues with libido. I did have a small break out but took 40mg of accutane right away for 4 days and it cleared up quick. I’m going to continue to aim to cut 4 more pounds then aim to maintain that body fat while slowly trying to build muscle. No “bulking”. I’ll get bloodwork 1-2 months after I finish my PCT to see if I’m recovering well.

Mobster: I agree. Going to make the best out of PCT, make sure my health is good through bloodwork and stay off as long as I can.

Stevesmi: Thank you! You and Dylan G. gave me the confidence to go with PSL Labs and I’m glad I did! Do you think the doses I ran were too high? I was wondering if 350 test and 300 tren would have been more ideal.

Jacksteel: Thanks! Do you think SARMs or Cardarine from here on is acceptable for my age? And if not, what age would be ideal to go back on?
 
Been off for 5 weeks now. Keeping diet, cardio and training at the same intensity. Strength is still there but that effortless aggression you get on cycle isn’t there. Gym feels like it requires a lot more mental will power to continue the same workouts but I’m still getting it done. Cardio has continued to increase since adding in cardarine and bumping my runs from 1.25 miles to 2 miles. Fat loss has stalled but I’m still striving for it. Sex drive is back to feeling like I’m off cycle. Which isn’t a bad thing because being in the mood 24/7 can be distracting. 3 out of the 5 weeks of my PCT is completed. Getting bloodwork done a month after PCT and I’ll post the results.
