Approved Log Pubertal gyno (gynecomastic) log

Sorry mate I’ll try go into a bit more detail for you.

Chicken wings and cous cous for my two meals at work. Only chicken available.
Around ten chicken wings per meal and a container of cous cous or pasta 150g-200g

Dinner is random every night so it’s very hard for me to comment on that.
Breakfast 100g scrambled eggs 50g bacon 100 g baked beans.

I’ve attatched nutritional panels for cookie and shakes. I have the two shakes and two cookies a day.

All rep ranges are 20x warm up then 12-15 reps set 1 set two is 6-10 and set three is 3-6 followed by a drop set I do this with everything.

Bent over rows
Lateral pull downs
Chain saw type machine

Shoulders
Dumbbell press
Side lateral raises
Front eaises

Sometimes I throw a arm day in if I have time
Seated dumbbell curls
Incline dumbbell curls
Close grip bench
Dips

When I’m on days off in town I sometimes throw a few more excercises in I work ten days away only home for five. At work I have about a hour to train to fit this all in.

I haven’t done bloods in a long time. I’ve never had any side effects from estrogen or anything I have nolvadex and letro on hand also cardarine.

This is my fourth cycle I never go over 500mg a week I’ve only ever taken test with no sides besides shrunk balls. But I’d like to stay on 300mg a week for a while before I come off again. Can I take the anti gyno stack while on this? I’m very nervous about it I really don’t want to do deal with depression and crashed estrogen stuck out here in a tiny mining room isolated.

My gyno came from puberty I remember being sixteen and forming the lumps never thought anything of it until I got older and made me very self concious. 15000 in Australia to get it done. $3000 in Thailand is looking like a better option for me.

Also total protein a day is roughly 250 trust me it frustrates me not having accurate numbers before I worked out here I had everything weighed and all my meals perfect.

I would start right now with cutting out carbs and increasing protein
lets see you do that with less pasta more oatmeal
add omega 3 fats more

on the training go with more cardio and higher rep ranges
updates us on this

and start nolvadex 40mgs ed with 10mgs cardarine and AM empty stomach cardio
need to see you try this route maybe we can tighten things up and fix

any other steroids you on that you not telling us?

How much more protein ? I don’t want to lose to much mass it’s so hard to maintain a decent size for my body type. Yeah I need to add cardio I don’t do any. I’m scared to take 40mg of nolvadex I did 10 days on 20 just to see if anything would happen and it made me feel fucking weird like extra anxiety. I can start the carderine though.

Nope I’ve only ever taken test e and test p. I was on a higher dosage 500mg a week when I started but now 300mg.
 
She said I had lumps there. But to be honest I don’t really think she knew much about it. Sent me for a ultra sound said they couldn’t see anything? I should go for a second opinion. Wouldn’t hurt to get some bloods done too.
you need to confirm if its gyno or not man
find a doctor who actually confirms it.

from there i would go the anti gyno stack first. nolva/letro
worst case surgery is a last option

@Dynamic 250-300 grams of protein if you want o keep mass and grow.

Nolvadex made you feel anxiety? hows that? from what? it's a SERM has no mental side ffects.
Cardarine gw will do nothing for gyno, you need something like nolva from your pics, and you need to tighten up the diet cardio and training.

Are you on gear now at this moment? you saying NOPE no gear? did you pct off last gear, TRT?
 
you need to decide if you want to get rid of your gynecomastia or not
 
there is no such thing as fat based gynecomastia but there is such thing as fat around the pectoral muscle
 
it's not too early to start discussing with doctors on how to remove the gland
 
a good doctor will do a gynecomastia surgery and it will be minimal
