pure beef protein vs whey protein

reading about the hardcore beef proteins, are they better then whey? should i just switch them up and start using beef instead of whey
 
bro some of the beef protein is made from collagen...that shit dont have a full amino acide profile for sure...stick to whey IMO....
 
Whey is proven to work. The beef protein is just another marketing gimmick. There's nothing superior about it. Whey is perfect for post workout due to its fast digestion.

very nice point bro... the lack of amino profile is very bad... a good strong whey isolate is what you should take a look at... i would never recommend switching... Different types of protein are used for different reasons and different types of day... you would want a nice clean isolate for post workout... If you're Sensitive to Whey, it was Probably a Whey Concentrate and not a Whey Isolate.
Concentrates have Lactose in them ~ they're only 80% Protein
Isolates & Hydrolysates don't ~ they're 90 to 94% Protein.
 
I am celiac. Most people that are celiac are also lactose intolerant. Isolates have a little lactose and that's enough to upset my stomach.

I am celiac. Most people that are celiac are also lactose intolerant. Isolates have a little lactose and that's enough to upset my stomach.

But also understand that with Celiac, you don't want to be Consuming Any Sucralose.

Beef protein is just a marketing gimmick and is made of inferior ingredients. Cai Green is the face of "Carnivor" beef protein and I bought a tub of vanilla flavor ... every day i was testing how long i can tolerate that horrible taste.I had to throw it in mid way i could not take more. Stick to a good profile whey isolate, whey protein and casein protein.

BROTHER JP, Yes you are right "SUCRALOSE" kills the gut flora which is very important. But whey to build muscle also contains SUCRALOSE. Correct me if I am wrong. Am not sure if isolation is Sucralose free or not as i cant see nutirion facts chart for it.
So far I have came across NUTRABIO protein isolate, which has lowest sodium and NO other ingredients. nutra bio.webp

Use whey unless you are lactose intolerant.Beef protein is alot more expensive and at best equally effective(which is questionable)
 
Drink the whey and eat beef. I tried that marketing stuff and the one I tried smelled like a beef slaughter house.
