Question about Anavar with Testosterone Cypionate

I think I may wait a little longer maybe next time to add anything. work on dropping a few more lbs before making any changes.
Anavar is a staple in my contest prep, however, I never use it for weight loss. Spend some time with a nutritionist or even look on muscle and fitness website for nutritional plans based on your BMR.
I know some people do not rely on the BMR (not BMI) to determine caloric needs, however, for me, it’s essential for my prep.
Anavar is not for weight loss. Reduced caloric intake based on the BMR number plus cardio will do it. Do NOT over do cardio. When I am training others, I limit their cardio to 15-30 minutes a few times per week and gradually increase it over 16 weeks.

You can locate plenty of free BMR calculators online.
You are on the right track here. Smart move if you ask me.

200mgs testosterone cypionate/week
50mgs anavar/day
7caps n2guard/day (organ liver support)
20mgs cardarine/day (stacks with anavar to boost fast loss)

optional: preworkout 2-3caps cardazol for extra cardio and fat loss boost

You will increase fat loss a lot with anavar + cardarine, it's a fact.

oh i know diet plays a huge part. and yes i know you can lose the weight , Im down 33lbs so far from 273, when i say working on a diet and diet plays a part . I mean I am watching what I eat. Not eating crazy. I was asking if anything could help speed up the process. Im not really making any changes on the fly thats why I was asking info since i just started this one. but thanks for the reply.

i would recommend following a natural whole food diet and eating in a 2-4 hour window daily. that is the core of a proper diet especially for weight loss
