Thanks mobsterLook at nationally standardized schemes. Here in the UK that's be NVQ. There are levels. Most do a level 3 (coaching for example) but level 4 or above is better. In the US there's a TON of schemes but check for which allows you a state license. Ditto what most gyms require.
By way of example the top level stuff (diploma and degree) allows you to be (again here) a 'state registered' Nutritionist (meaning good to go UK wide)

This is the conclusion I think im coming too. I have a decent concept of good nutrition but I was hoping there was something packaged teaching performance nutrition and macro and micro nutrients.nutritional courses are pretty standard. you might be better off being self taught
