Question Just asking a few Questions for a perfect diet plan , please help me

Question 1:
which type do you prefer and why ? (Atkins/Ketosis) or Carb Cycling when it comes to fat loss
and your opinion about combining intermittent fasting along side with them 16-8 method

Question 2:
how to deal with a skinny fat body , overall weight is low (65.5Kg for a 172Cm 20Years) i think it is cosidered a skinny fat since there is a lot of fat and a little muscle mass 29Kg and Fat 13Kg
which route is better : Bulking or Cutting then lean Bulking or what ?!

Question 3:
is there any way to train for spot reduction ?!
i know it is scientifically impossible i think

Is there a non-surgical Cellulite Removal Method whether by training or dieting or drugs ?!

is it possible to remove the stubborn fat by (HIIT) Cardio .. and is it possible to become in the range of 7~10% Body fat without cutting steroids or Beta receptor modulation like Clenbuterol

Personally, I have tried all of those diets, and they all have their interesting things. However, the one I find the most convenient and practical, is the carb cycling. First of all, it is not restrictive, so it is easy to follow and you do not lose nutrients. Secondly, it is rather easy to follow and it is flexible, so you can stick to it without problems. And the best part of it for me is that it is effective.

You need to cut first - now that you are young it is easier, and at such age it is usually harder to bulk. Therefore, focus on cutting, and then once you will get a stable lean weight, start to work on your musculature. I know it can be hard at this age, as me myself I was rather skinny, but you will get that man meat in a while - just give it some time. Definitely reduce the carb intake, increase the protein intake. Make sure to be running in a deficit of calories

i know it is scientifically impossible i think
Unfortunately, it is not possible to do spot reductions of fat. Therefore, it is most effective to train the bigger muscle groups of your body, as they will consume the most energy. Cardio is definitely a good addition to a training routine of someone tryeing to lose fat.

Is there a non-surgical Cellulite Removal Method whether by training or dieting or drugs ?!
Cellulite is very hard to remove, but if you are a guy, it will disappear once you lose fat. You are rather young, so your skin should be able to recover rather well.

Question 5:

It is definitely possible to do so - you just need to hit it hard with cardio and training, and follow a proper diet. Besides, steroids are not meant for fat loss, and even less so the potent stimulants like clenbuterol. If you want long lasting results, better avoid using those.

As I said earlier, in your case it would be best to cut first. When you are young it is much easier to cut, and harder to bulk. So use this time now. Besides, the skin will have a much easier time recovering while you are young.

There is no real need for that, and there are no dirty secrets. Just make sure to be counting your calories and macros, and eat clean. Nobody else will tell you anything new in this regard.

Books are fine, but I would recommend to ask these questions on such reputable forums as EVO or EliteFitness. The thing is that there you just get the info. Here, you get an interaction with those who write their words and had experience with what they say.

It is possible, but extremely hard to achieve, especially without PED's. Therefore, right now better focus on cutting, and then you will bulk without any problems.

you are asking a lot of questions bro. I would like to use some of them on our upcoming podcasts

some of your questions are not so black and white, but 2 of them I can answer right away

your question on spot reduction. you see fat people all the time doing the ab machine, it doesn't work at all for them. you must drop your entire body fat to lose stomach fat. once you get down and you need to burn the remaining stubborn fat you can get yohimflame from n2bm. i use it every morning myself.. as men we store excess fat typically in our stomachs

your other question on cellulite... if you do a water fast for a week you will burn away that.. also it has been shown fasting also gets rid of scar tissue. this is why many eastern docs recommend fasting a couple times a year

Simplify everything man. It sounds like you just want to cut.

Use a TDEE calculator and figure out what you burn in a day. Subtract 500 calories from that and that is how much you should eat to lose fat. There is no magic spot reduction so your body will lose fat evenly. The last place is usually around the midsection.

Just keep reading and you will learn everything you want to know.
