Here are some before and after from my test and deca var cycle from @DofRandD Now I’m no mass monster just a 44yr old dude trying to keep dad bod at bay- hard to look jacked when my arms are like a metre long.
My arms (at least to me) fuller and a fair bit more Vascular.
And the front on chest - definitely a fuller chest that fills my shirts out a lot more - the Mrs has definitely noticed.

In week 6 atm and I have never felt better.
Energy , general wellbeing and recovery after sets at the gym and the day after my workouts is super hero shit.
No more pain or feeling tired or lacking motivation.
Big change in physique also apparent even at week 6.
More definition, lean muscle mass/hardness and veins popping out on the arms that I’ve never new existed.
I now walk around the gym like a raptor out of Jurassic park
