Just jumping in on this one... I've found a new love for EQ after running it.
E2 levels in check, takes a while to get working but the lean mass gains are impressive with low sides (for myself anyway)
Thanks Wheelhouse87. Apart from being a bit too effective as an AI for me, have also enjoyed using Eq.
What sort of ratio of Test/Eq have you found worked for you.

My happy e2 place with test, eq. Was 1ml test to 0.7ml eq

What cycle you running brother? 😃

Correct if I'm wrong but it doesn't tell you your estrogen it just says less than 70.
Are you having symptoms of low estrogen? If not, why change anything?
Also @Eddie Haskell here in Australia we use pmol for estrogen and nmol for testosterone so our values and reference ranges are different to you guys in the states.

Questioned pathologist about that his response:

“The immunoassay won't read down to very low levels with E2. It gets too unreliable when e2 is very low. LCMS needs to be used for very low readings.

Regardless, Drs will say it is moot whether 70 or 40 as both are 'too low'”

Good point, nothing drastic to date, but assuming they may be on the way? Want to nip it in the bud given Eq is such a long lasting compound.

400mg Test E and 300mg EQ bro

I always had done and do LCMS tests for both testosterone and E2, takes 2 weeks for e2 but you have a precise number without it being screwed by other compounds as well.

I'll post now how it looks @Peshay

“Thanks but anything less than 70 is something that might need addressing, as per my query to pathologist , who responded:

Regardless, Drs will say it is moot whether 70 or 40 as both are 'too low' and it would not add any more clinically significant information to know. They would just treat the 'low' reading if they were going to etc. “

All that said, given I don’t believe I’m having terrible symptoms to date - no dry/achy joints. Im going to go with increasing Test from 475 to 600 immediately, while reducing Eq completely for two to three weeks then consider reintroducing Eq at 200-300

E2 in the 60s in not low btw, like @Eddie Haskell and @Pigsy said you can just drop the eq or you could up the test, the main point is to change just one variable at the time so that you have a better control and can adjust according to your finding (wheter to upp test or lower eq after your assessment).

Great advice, but don’t really know it is in the 60’s, suspect I need a sensitive assay of E2 to get an accurate figure. Hope the pathologist still has my blood sample

I suggest you to use imedical for bloodworks, just pay print the referral and you go to one of the clinics and you get the results by mail and on their site.
Usually i do this one to have the free test but you can just do testosterone and e2 to spend less i guess.

I used iMed originally, just emailed them to check they still have my sample. If so I’ll get it redone by ultra sensitive.

Using R&D's Test E for TRT 175mg a week giving me some nice numbers might need to dial it down a bit for the E2. On a side note how good is Roidsafe had blood test results back within 24 hours!
