Late post but been a solid fucking week of training and getting the diet more balanced
Have my log book at home with all my workouts in it from the week that I’ll take some pics off and post when I can
Got a lot of cooking done which was a high protein spaghetti made with kangaroo mince and high protein pasta! Works out to be around 70g pf protein, 80g of carbs and 30g of fats per serving. Didn’t factor in the cheese at the end but can’t have spaghetti without cheese on top

cooked up enough for 9 meals
Scales have moved down so far from 119kgs to 117kgs
