Pre gym tbone must have given you a strong workout, what was the training like? @Ausbbing23Mad pre gym feed today of T-bone steak and veggies! Hitting legs today around lunchtime today!
I’ll post up my workout as well as some update pics!
Feeling great and getting stronger! Tbol would have to be one of my new favourites to run! Which I forgot to update in my log that I’m using it. Not on the level of dbol or adrol in terms of size but strength is close and the muscle endurance is next level! Feel like I can train forever!
Due to a few weeks of being away from home and not being able to stay on top of my schedule I’ll be pushing the blood test back a little bit just to make sure the results are more spot on
@Ausbbing23 it's looking goodAfter spending time getting everything dialled in I now have a good routine set up
Food is the same almost everyday with eggs and tuna for breakfast with a greens/carbs shake before hitting the gym
Homemade sushi and a protein shake for lunch/post workout feed
Dinner is mostly a repeat of breakfast but with added rice but every weekend I do up a roast
I consume a minimum of 4ltrs of water per day with 1ltr of it being mixed with electrolytes which I normally drink during my workout
Training has been good especially with sleep and food intake a lot better with my weight hovering around 116-118kgs
Getting my body fat % tested at the end of this week hopefully to see where everything is at but I have gotten noticeably leaner while the scale hasn’t really moved
The gear supplied by @R&Dpharma has been working its magic, zero issues so far and only sides being harder to fall asleep and a bit of indigestion from time to time
The eggs and tuna doesn’t look appealing but I use to eat them separately but now I just mix and cook like tuna loaded scrambled eggs
Looks like my dietAfter spending time getting everything dialled in I now have a good routine set up
