Rad 140 or testosterone cycle?

Hi everyone,

O couple of months ago I did my first cycle using Ostarine, 20mg a day for 11 weeks. I stopped before 12 because the last week I started to feel a little bit of suppression, nothing too strong though, just some lethargy.

I am 34 years old, 5’11, 176 pounds with a bf around 12%. I’ve been working out for 10 years and didn't see that much improvement with this mild cycle. It was my first time so I used very low dosage also.

Now I wanna use something stronger and trying to decide between rad 140 stacked with Ostarine, or 250mg testosterone per week.

The problem is that I really don’t wanna feel the suppression. I researched a lot and, first I heard that rad was made to replace testosterone and I shouldn't feel any suppression while on cycle because it acts the same. But I also saw a lot of people saying they felt the suppression pretty heavy, and some advice that taking enclo during cycle helps a lot.

I would like some advice on what to do: Just rad and ostarine cycle? Adding enclo really helps? Or should I just go with a low dose of testosterone like 250mg per week?

there is no comparison on suppression between testosterone, A STEROID , or any sarm aside from s23... rad140 is not like testosterone.. it was originally thought of to be a replacement for trt but certainly is not.. if you have REAL rad140 you will not have high suppression.. beyond that, you need bloodwork pre, mid and post to actually IF and HOW MUCH suppression is actually there... there would be zero comparison between the two on side effects... testosterone will not only suppress you, but will have a high rate of estrogen conversion, which you would not get with any sarm, as they do not convert to estrogen and are not toxic like a steroid is...

1-12 Rad-140 (TESTOLONE) 20 mg day dosed once a day in the a.m.
1-12 Mk2866 (OSTABOLIC) 25 mg per day first two weeks then bump to 50 mg per day, dosed once a day in the a.m.

@Gabelluco you "felt" suppression? very bad way of handling things by "feel".

You should use 250mgs testosterone/week with 25mgs testolone rad140.

The cycle is like this.

week 1-12
250mgs test enan/week
25mgs rad140/week
7caps n2guard/day
5mgs aromasin/eod

The real truth is we know NOTHING about you and we are just guessing your cycles here generic style. What we need from you is your log journal posted.

To really guide you we need more info, we need you to share your diet, training, cardio, sleep, supplements etc log with us, full log journal so our guidance is based on facts you provide.

If you want us to really guide you, and we have 100s of years of experience between us, you need to post a LOG Journal with your stats (weight,height,age, years training, cycle history) diet, training, cardio, supplement, sleep details. If you don't log what you eat or train now, open NOTES on phone and start recording it there and paste here. Very easy.

suppression does NOT mean what you think it means man

you realize on testosterone you get completely shut down right?
 
i like sarms and steroids for best results
but please log first

Thank you everyone for the help. Just a correction on my text, I just don't wanna feel suppressed on cycle. After it, during the PCT is ok, I know it can't be avoided.

@Gabelluco you should start a log with diet training before even you start the cycle, you should have it now. If you don't log what you eat or train now, open NOTES on phone and start recording it there and paste here. Very easy.
