So I'm 24, 218 pounds at 17% body fat. I recently lost a significant amount of body weight (90ish lbs) and am looking to throw on some lean mass and get my lifts back up. I've been bouncing some cycle ideas around on the forum so this may sound familiar. I have been lifting very hard and put on 4 pounds of lean mass naturally in the last few months. Currently my daily cals are around 3200 but I plan to bump then up to around 3800-4000. I have been very strict on the diet and will keep it that way. This bulk cycle is obviously going to lead into a nice cut. On Monday I am going to start an LGD and RAD cycle as follows:
Week 1-3 LGD 10mg ea day
Week 4-12 LGD 10mg ea day
RAD 10mg ea day
Plus I am going to cycle DAA two weeks on, one week off throughout because of read about feeling lethargic and tired from test suppression.
I was wondering if anyone had done a similar cycle and what the results would be like? Also suggestions are definitely welcome.
