rad140 and some gw, eh whatever

just looking to run a normal sarms stack. Not looking for anything too crazy.
My thoughts are doing rad140 10mgs a day and 20mgs of gw501516 together for 12 weeks.
6’1’’ 217 and got some muscle on my frame.
Not really into weight training too much. I will do it a couple times a week maybe if I feel like it. Diet is OKAY, I follow mostly IIFYM. How much will I gain on this stack?

You will gain nothing more than you are gaining now. You need resistance training to put on muscle and it’s gonna need to be more than maybe two times per week.

The problem with using SARMs is they don’t convert to estrogen, which on the surface, sounds like a good thing, until you feel the mental effects from having crushed estrogen. The muscle building effects from SARMs also never impressed me personally so I just don’t see the point in using them without testosterone. You feel like shit for very little gain.
 
IIFYM does not work period.

the people who pushed iifym have all been proven wrong and we have the studies and anectodal evidence to prove it.

you need to feed your body nutritious food. you wouldn't put cheap gas into a lambo or charge an electric car with a 12v plug so why are you putting crap into your body? the additives and damage to your digestion will prevent any sort of muscle gains

don't bother with PED's until you fix your diet #1. i can't tell you how many people in America today (90%) eat junk food all day and are walking zombies. be that 10% of winners

10mgs testolone
20mgs cardarine
7caps n2guard
thats the stack i like
but you need to get cardio and diet in
 
i recommend gw and s4, its a good stack
 
best thing to include would be gw
 
make sure you use n2guard always with your sarms
 
i recommend hcgenerate and nolva in pct after sarms
 
you will have good results on ostarine and gw
 
one of my favorite stacks is lgd and ostarine
 
s4 works great at 50mgs a day, hit that one

I don't like the if it fits your macros approach it is sloppy the best way to see results in being completely dialed in on diet and track everything
 
The stack on its own is great but if you are not really weight training, you are not going to have results. Same with the diet......if you continue IIFYM you will not gain good quality weight.
