We are back form our much needed break, apologies it was longer than expected but it was needed to make sure everything we needed to do was done right.
I just wanted to address a few things:
1) HPLC
We have been getting asked numerous times for HPLC on our products. We have got a 3rd party system where our products are purchased anonymously and then sent off by someone else. Doing it this way eliminates any bias testing. In saying that these are the products we have sent off till we have our 3rd party system fully rolling.

2) Postage times and tracking numbers
If you don’t specify the type of postage you require (“express” or “regular”) it will be sent as “regular” by default.
Shipping times:
Regular- 4-6 days (QLD, NSW, SA, VIC, ACT)
Regular - 5-9 days (WA)
Express - 3-4 days (QLD, NSW, SA, VIC, ACT)
Express - 4-7 days (WA, we don’t recommend this option and you order at your own risk)
We do have tracking numbers for packages and you may request your tracking number 2 days after payment.
Yes, we have been known to have packages arrive to people in 1-2 days, but we have to keep expectations reasonable, we are a small team and try to get every package out as soon as possible.
Please do not ask us for a tracking number 15 minutes after you placed your order, these messages will simply be ignored
3) New products
We do have some new and exciting products coming soon
