Placed a order with RCS last week .. I received a email the order was processing hadn’t heard anything else in several days. I’ve sent a couple of emails to customer support and hadn’t gotten a response if anybody can help I’d appreciate it. Order # 78320

also do you have informed delivery to see if you have a tracking #?

Yes I’ve checked spam and I do have informed delivery.

RCS is legit. Have never had ant issues with their service or products.

all you ever had to do was just pm me for help.. please pm me your order number and a screen shot of your email sent because it more than likely went to spam on their end

@Sgtharvt welcome to the EVO family sorry to hear about the situation but it will be resolved I'm sure.
RCS is top gun and legit, but they are a big company so you could fall thru cracks and order confusion.
