How long have you been on it?

What are you running with it?

Are you bulking or cutting?

What about diet?

What is your bf%?

Have you tested your rbc, hematocrit, iron, and cholesterol?

Are you blasting/cruising or cycling?

Hi Madstacker
Training for over 20 years - last 10 years more consistent. Never taken anything until the test cream 12 months ago ( noticed very minor changes over 6 months) Test started Sept 2023 worked up gradually to dose below. ( monitoring for side effects etc as I went up.)
All bloods done 1 week ago.
My source was not from online .
I was on cream from 6 months after my T levels were 89! Very low. Since Sept 1 last year I have taken the dose as above -500mg Enanthate & 200mg Prop /week.
Not running anything with it - that's the reason I joined the forum to learn more of what's needed
BF 24%
Diet needs work - my goal is to be below 20% BF
RBC is normal range 5.3 , Haematocrit 0.46, Iron - Not shown on test ,Cholesterol down from 5.9 to 4.9
Blasting - too high obviously.. so will adjust and re-test.

No negative side effects at all other than crazy sex drive and deeper voice!

@Madmark73 you're on 500mgs of testosterone and you didnt share a log with us?come on bro with that awesome blood work :)

We can guide you more and help you get more gains as a community or just support you test cycle, but you gotta share.

If you want us to really guide you, and we have 100s of years of experience between us, you need to post a LOG Journal with your stats (weight,height,age, years training, cycle history) diet, training, cardio, supplement, sleep details. If you don't log what you eat or train now, open NOTES on phone and start recording it there and paste here. Very easy.

Thanks for entertaining my questions. You seem very conservative about this and I like that. I also like that you are looking at hard data instead of "how you feel" albeit that still matters.

I imagine with your years of training with no supps, introducing these will have amazing effects compared to someone who hasn't been consistent. Excited to watch your progress.

I would not use any steroid especially testosterone at your body fat
I recommend you cut down first and get your log going
