Recommendations to overcome bad life decisions

EVO Logger
Background: Was 300+ pounds for several years, became type 2 diabetic. Diet and exercise got me down to 250s, low T treated by TRT.

I've run a couple cycles, but being on Ozempic they have been predominantly recomps.

My latest DEXA has me at 11.9% BF, compared to my pre-cycle DEXA I've gained 16 pounds of lean mass and lost 30 pounds of fat.

My biggest issue is I don't look 12% bf, the extra skin, skin thickness, and subq fat gives me a slightly puffier look.

For my next cycle I'm planning on running Test @ 600mg weekly (MWF injections) and Var @ 50mg daily for last 4-6 weeks of cycle.

What's my key to get more definition and, hopefully, fix my body image? (No picture posted because every time I do it turns into a debate about how my bodyfat is not accurate and I "look more like X%")

The sub Q fat just takes time and proper diet to get rid of. Loose skin is another issue. How old are you? It will tighten a bit over time if you stay lean but unless we see what we are working with it's really hard to make any recommendations.
Post a pic. EVO family is supportive and respectful as long as you show the same.

I appreciate your comments and I will be supportive and respectful as well.

I'm 42, I also have a skin condition that makes my skin very tough, so getting the elasticity is going to take time too I completely realize.

I've see much worse. You just need to continue to train and fill out your frame while trying to keep as lean as possible.
This takes extra attention to detail in your diet. Why not start a diet/training log so we can help you remain on track and fix anything you could be doing better.
Below is a link to my log. You welcome to use it as a template if you like.

I appreciate that, I'll start alog but with Ozempic my diet is just bad.

I'm not getting enough protein. I suspect that if I prioritized 1gm/pound bw on my cycle this year I would be in a better place, as it stands I likely didn't get even 0.2gm, the calorie deficit is huge.

I was thinking of lowering my Ozempic dose on the next cycle and prioritize protein as the number 1 priority daily, while keeping calories at a slight deficit. But maybe I'm being naive

Def get a log going. We will get your diet on track for you goals.

you definitely look like you're around 11%, might be a little body dysmorphia on your end, you look great! you'd definitely look leaner without the stomach hair though, just a pain in the ass to shave.
