Short worked before heading to my bjj camp in Parnu. It's gorgeous and nice here, and I finally have a big bed.

leg extensions 3x12
standing 1-leg leg curls 3x10 per side
seated calf raises 3x10
roman chair leg raises (sides) 3x20
