Day 31. Calorie increase today. Last night I was STARVING after bjj. Demolished pizza with garlic sauce+ a few tbsp of Nutella 😂

Rad140 doing really well for me. Zero sides. Sadly I don't get themental edge of anavar or tbol with it. It feels very physical, but not like a confidence boost.

@rememberTHE5 rad140 and 0 sides thats great, I'm happy to see more females doing the rad sarms stacks so we can see the reporting first hand

I believe that on the calories
when you fast consistently and you're also working out so much on a daily basis you can definitely get away with a lot of Cal intake
